Apr 22,2020They are totally fake ! Worst shop you can imagine. I've made 2 orders in November 19 & January 20 (almost 600$) i've got stricktly nothing !!! Support is just lying saying that "it's going to be shipped soon & so on.."....but nothing NEVER HAPPEN They never react until i warn them that i will place a fraud request to my credit card company NEVER BUY ANYTHING from them...this is a FAKE company, never trust them or what you can see on their site.

Mar 12,2020I have waited 15 weeks and LTP continue to not send out the order and make multiple excuses. I have placed in complaints too BBB.org and now to the UK action fraud unit and today the ASA. The company does not respond and despite stating DHL will be delivering but they are delayed to to corona virus I contacted DHL and they have confirmed LTP have not handed over any items to be shipped. Can everyone please pass on this email (mark at triathlonlab dot co dot uk) to anyone you know that has purchased LTP clothing and not received them. I am writing to the Attorney General and the Public inquiry unit over this issue and LTP. This will begin an investigation into practices of the company and hopefully the owner. Please do not make my mistake and order without reviewing this company and its practices online.

Feb 26,2020I make two orders: Order #LTP9443 from 29 November 2019. I ordered a tri suit and arm warmers. Order #108 25 from November 2019 in the outlet. I ordered a tank. "All items in the outlet ships 1-3 days" is written in the outlet policy. I haven't received my orders. I wrote several emails and sent messages using a contact form in the web site but I have never received any response.

Jan 31,2020i ordered 4 products, not custom made, on June 19... at the end of summer that nothing arrived, i started sending them mail, without any response in the begging. they said the fabrics were delayed in Italy. at the end of October (after 4 months) they told me that my stuff are at production line!!! after several mails from my side and few response from them... 10 of december (6 months after my order) they said the order is coming...!!!! BUT nothing came.!!!!!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Jan 02,2020I feel weird giving them one star, because I am concerned Love The Pain will see that as a win. A couple years ago I purchased non-made-to-order products from LTP and despite the long anticipated wait time, I did receive two hats, a t-shirt and arm warmers. That must be considered an outrageous success for this company. I went back and bought a triathlon kit in August 2019 for my biggest race of the year in November 2019. Knowing they had a reputation as a slow manufacturer, I thought three and a half months was enough time - spoiler alert, it was not. In fact five months later I have nothing except a collection of rude/false or non-existent responses from the, I feel silly saying this, "support team". They followed what is a familiar pattern according to other complaints: assurances their high quality products are being made, assurances the products are being shipped, a promise of a gift card (so I can wait for more fake merchandise?) and then radio-silence...until I suggested I would raise a dispute through my credit card company - that prompted them to lash out and feign shock and disbelief at what I was saying. Then they blamed the 'carrier' with no proof and gave me what I interpreted to be a digital middle finger. Anyways, I disputed the charge to my credit card and the MasterCard suggested I was going to receive my funds back. I would encourage other customers who have been swindled to dispute the charge, you may get your money back and there might be consequences to the company and its ability to use credit card services. Today I am cleaning out my closet and am sending my existing Love The Pain t-shirt off to be donated. I can't imagine wearing that anymore. The most cursory examination of online reviews will likely lead you to the conclusion that this is a business that demonstrates a clear pattern of fraud and bullying of customers.

Dec 28,2019Do not do business with Love The Pain under any circumstance. I had ordered a suit in oct 2017. arrived over 6 months later. The quality of the print was so terrible that I bought black fabric spray and painted the suit black. seemed like a new company, so I let it slide. This year i decided to give them another try. Have they improved their quality? Don't know, 6+ months later still no product and multiply emails go unanswered. Like any shady business they have no address or phone number. I'm sure they started out with the best intentions to run a reputable business, but it is seriously mismanaged and they lack business acumen and proper ethics. Judging by the multiple complaints on the internet, all they have is flashy marketing to get and keep your money without delivering on items.

Dec 19,2019I would give 0 stars If it were an option. These guys are brutal! I don’t know how they are still in business. On multiple occasions they had told me that my order would be shipped in “a few days”, and nothing, just lame excuses like “materials were on back order”, “we lost your order”, etc. Never taking any responsibility for their horrible business practices. Over 8 months later, still nothing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and have now resorted to disputing the charges with my credit card company. I hope this works. They are crooks and I hope they will be out business soon, so they don’t try to rip off others. Beware!!

Nov 25,2019Ordered some items from Love the Pain after signing up for the Mojo Racing team over a year ago. Havent received it and now they dont even answer my emails. I was stupid enough to make several orders without receiving any which resulted in spending just below $2000. Unfortunately I am not the only one with a story like this so I can only say to people looking at their gear. Dont do like us. Find some cool gear from other places. Here you will never get it and it is a waste of time and energy to communicate with love the pain as you dont get any answers on e-mails.

Oct 29,2019Absolute bunch of criminals. Ordered over $1000 US worth of gear and am still yet to receive anything. To make matters worse, I was accepted as a product ambassador with these clowns back in Feb which went nowhere for months. Then I received an email saying the ambassador program had changed and I had to pay another $350 US to be part of the 'new program'. I can believe there are still pros who associate their name with these crooks! BEWARE - THESE CRIMINALS HAVE CLEARLY POSTED SOME HIGHLY CONTRIVED 'EXCELLENT' REVIEWS IN EARLY 2021 TO TRY AND SHIFT THE OVERALL TRUSTPILOT RATING - DO NOT TRUST THEM, READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS FOR THE REAL STORY!

Sep 15,2019I cannot stress enough to anyone not to buy from these clowns. I placed an order in March 2019 and still nothing has been delivered. As per the message on their site I expected a maximum of 12 weeks for delivery so for 3 months didn’t query anything. I started asking for updates in July and was initially told that the items were in various states of completion and in one instance was told that they’d lost my item so needed to remake it. After a string of emails I had had enough and asked for my money back. Since then none of my mails have been answered. I live in the UK and only have 120 days to raise a dispute with my bank so there’s now nothing I can do to get my money back. I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I’ve been conned and that I’m not going to see the items or my money ever again.

After a month from when I placed my order which I received a confirmation email and they took the funds out of my account and even followed up with them numerous times to check on the status of my order, they told me today the code didn't apply for my order and that I had to A either get a store credit or pay the difference. After stating they should honor their ad they told me I should go support a "cheaper company. "
