Nov 05,2021Kit arrived and exceeds expectations, designs are unique and make me stand out in the crowd. I have a mix of kit, running and Tri shorts, tights, bib shorts, cycle jersey, tees, arm water shorts and hats. All excellent quality.

Nov 01,2021Raced a half ironman this past weekend in the freemotion suit. Nothing but good things to say. Suit was comfortable. No chaffing. I really appreciate the guys getting the suit out to me quickly. It was great to have the suit customized with my kids names too.

Oct 27,2021I placed an order in May and received confirmation that I would receive my clothing in 4-6 weeks. I was shocked that it was going to take so long. After 6 weeks I didn't receive anything so I sent an email. No response. Sent two more. No response. Filed a claim with my credit card. Received an email from LTP in October that material was sourced for my order and that it would be started "soon" but still no indication of delivery. I sent another email cancelling order and mentioning the claim with my credit card company. No response.

Oct 26,2021I placed an order for a race kit without knowing much about this company, My friend had a jersey and it was Awesome quality and it looked cool. I added custom numbers and name and some other details, My plan was race in this kit at IMFL in Nov, order placed in Late Aug, all good. Then supply shortages due to Covid started to become a major issue with almost everything. I used chat on the site to check the status, got the automated computer response "in process" BUT a short time after I got another response from an actual person advised the my order was set for production the following week, I explained that I had a deadline for a race and while no guarantees could be made they provided me with a sense of assurance that my item would arrive on time. SOOOOO a week passes and I change my travel plans to head to FL earlier than expected and it seems that I will miss the delivery by a day or 2, I logon to the chat and explain my situation and again I get a super helpful person who walks me through the rush order process and confirms that my item will now ship the next day overnight! I will have 4 days before I travel! I dont write reviews, and I usually dont read them, I purchased from this company because I liked the quality of the product that my friend had, I have had only excellent service, great communication, my product was scheduled to arrive on time and when I changed my plans they altered the production cycle to get me my item sooner. I am definitely satisfied and will do future business with LOVETHEPAIN

Oct 19,2021Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. We ordered our items over 6 months ago and have received no response when trying to follow up. Of course they don’t have a phone number! We disputed the charge and miraculously 2 of the cheap items showed up but the $400 tri suit did not arrive. We then got a nasty email from Josh Smith demanding we stop the “fraudulent charge back or he will put us in collections”. We told him to call us if he wanted to chat about why he wanted to keep our money without delivering our goods but of course he never did. Company just responded as “fake”. Where would you like me to send all the documentation? Please provide a phone number. The only thing fake is your business.

This time it took 9 months to get a base layer tank top! Unbelievably and unacceptably too long. I wish you would get your service side together because I would buy more things from you.

Oct 14,2021Never order from here. It is a scam! They make promises that “your item will ship next week” week over week and will eventually just not respond to you. If you post anything truthful about your experience on their Instagram, they will delete it and eventually block you. It’s astonishing how terrible he treats his customers. Edit/Update: Ben claims this is a fake review. Just look at the number of comments noted vs the comments that are actually visible. You’ll see there have been deleted comments. I have plenty of screenshots to show his illegitimate transparency to what people are actually trying to share but what he constantly deletes and hides. More time should be spent responding to customers and fulfilling orders than trolling reviews. Maybe if you did that, you wouldn’t have to worry about negative reviews.

Oct 08,2021Months of no product, no reply on chat, no # to call. Disputed charged with bank and refunded money. Now months later they are shipping product to me, threatening collection, and still won’t respond to email. Worst company ever, no wonder we never see their kits at races!
