I really wish there was an option of no stars on this. After many lies regarding fitting, the work was eventually done on 27th November. Unfortunately in the process a window was broken, I am still waiting for this to be replaced. Phone calls and emails are ignored and in desperation I contacted a building inspector. He called this morning and informed me that the glass in both windows is wrong and 1is not toughened glass which it should be as it is under 800mm from ground. The situation is that both windows now need replacing, which is more disruption and expense if this company do not honour their promises of service. Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 this work should have been carried out with reasonable care and skill and be of satisfactory quality. Neither of which has happened.
A brief timeline regarding elderly Dear Aunt regarding her disgraceful treatment by this Company. 28/9/2018 – Contract 100705 for 2 windows signed and £500 deposit paid. 15/11/2018 – Fitters failed to show without explanation. 25/11/2018 – Fitters again fail to show without explanation despite assurances. 27/11/2018 – Yet again fitters fail to show and simply ridiculous excuses follow. 27/11/2018 – I myself send an email to Love Windows requesting a fast resolution. 27/11/2018 – Reply to email came within minutes! “Hi Paul I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience that’s been caused. Tomorrow I will look into the job to find out why no body turned up to fit the work today and call her. Rest assured everything will be sorted and done to the customers satisfaction. Kind regards Adam” ADAM DIDN’T CALL AND NO COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED WHATSOEVER. 20/12/2018 – Recorded letter of complaint and deposit return request was signed for by T Hussain. 13/01/2019 – STILL NO COMMUNICATION FROM LOVE WINDOWS
Lovely windows thank you so much love windows at first I was abit Juvious about the company reading all the bad reviews but I gave them the Benefit of the doubt because I payed the deposit and what a lovely and neat job they did really neat and tidy they even cleaned up all round the house. Thank you once again will deffo recommend this company
Had the whole house re done and a composite door, I have to say I was u sure after reading the comments but have to say from placing the order to the measuring and fitting, it has been very professional and communication has been on point. Windows got fitted and have had no issues whatsoever the door is strurdy and I am pleased. I have recommended to family and friends who have since had work done by this company without any problems
this is an update of my experience with this company. I have today completed and filed the court papers for the return of my deposit and the loss of earnings I faced by booking time of work to have the fittings (4 occasions).

Avoid at all costs. Where do I start. I made the fatal mistake of trusting the salesman (Munesh) by believing all his lies and paying a deposit. I had second thoughts within days of reading reviews and considering their lack of professionalism with my order so I decided to ring Munesh and cancel as he told me I should. He said its nothing to do with him and get in touch with head office which I did by sending an email within 14 days of placing the order (as per the contract). However no-one responded to my emails or subsequent phone calls. I have been chasing my deposit for 2 and half months and on occasion is speak to a person called Adam Khan who advises me that i=I will get it back but he's not authorized to make the payment. He then promised me a cheque mid December, but guess what no cheque in the post. These guys are chronic liars and absolute thief's from top to bottom. Customer services don't exist, I have been calling them on average 20 times a day to get this resolved but no luck. I can't even get through to an operator.
As previously advised do not trust this company. Last due on 21.12.18 once again did not show up. (For information love windows my order is C Lloyd Warrington) Not one window is complete! the door not even started. I called yesterday for you Adam to advise you would once again look into it!!!! I have lost all faith. I see below is a response from Jonathan O'Grady - according to companies house a managing director. If this is the case why are you allowing customers to be treated like this! Today I have served via email the 14 day time of essence notice and will await response from Love windows. The worst company I have ever dealt with as constantly told false information and fobbed off. Order placed August 18!!!! Awaiting a truthful and accurate response Love Windows!
Further to my review of 7 November. After many phone calls trying to get my deposit returned I decided to give them another chance to fit my two windows (3rd time). They promised that they would come on the 6 Dec at 10.30 but guess what no one came again and no phone call from them. My husband phoned them later that day and was told they were not coming. We again asked for our deposit back and was told a manager would call him back later that day. We are still waiting. How many times do we need to wait in, take blinds down and move furniture for them not to show. We have had no response i have written a letter of complaint which was returned, no resonse to phone calls or emails, i have asked them for the address of the competent person scheme as they ask you contact them on their contract but I have had no response. The only time they have contacted me is when wrote my last review which was at 10pm that evening. It is just one excuse after another and how they manage to get good reviews is beyond me. I feel it is time to take further action. Please take due diligence when odering windows from them.
Waited 4 months to have a window replaced which was cracked while fitting it was toughened glass so why it cracked i.ll never know there is no stamp on it to say it's toughened and there are 2 lines down it which I was told that's where it's toughened, I have another one what's toughened but there,s no lines down that, take no notice of there customer care page it's not worth reading and the excuses that's made for not turning are a joke, and finally true to form I was promised a email guarantee that's not arrived but won't be worth the paper it's written on he did knock £40 ,off for delays and I would sooner give that back and have a window without joined lines.....avoid

Where oh where do I start?!? Sales guy came & gave us a quote for 10 windows and 1 composite door. Decided to go ahead paid a deposit on 6th September. Surveyor came and measured up 6-8 weeks for installation - in the meantime we had a sales person turn up at our home to give us a quote and a courtesy call to see if we would like to go ahead with the quote we had been given even though we had already signed a contract and paid a deposit? Was contacted by love windows and agreed an installation date of 5th/6th November - received a phone call the week before saying they would have to move the date to 13th November as the surveyor that originally came out had been fired (was first told he was dyslexic with numbers and was then told he was in the pub every night and turned up to work drunk!) they had also sent another surveyor out unbeknown to us and he had taken measurements from the outside as we were not home at the time!! 13th arrived and we waited all day for no one to turn up and not 1 phone call to explain why - when we tried calling no answer or some will phone you back! Finally had our windows fitted on 20th/21st. 5 stars for the guys who fit the windows although we still have a child lock missing from one of the bedroom windows that we have paid for! Was told on the day that we couldn’t have our door fitted as the previous measurements had been taken wrong so our door hadn’t been made yet - after going back and forth speaking to John Dee who had just taken over he assured us that our door would be ready for fitting 1st December and we would receive a discount for the troubles we have had if we paid for our windows there and then! He was in contact with us on the day the windows had been fit very very eager for us to pay the money even ring and texting at evening - we paid £2000 on the day been assured we would have our door the following week! Guess what?? We still don’t have our door, we have been promised by love windows to have this fitted every Saturday throughout December - I even phoned on 22nd December 4 times to be told yes your on the list for today for no one to turn up! Spoke to someone on 27th December to be told Adam had emailed the company as our door want even made yet??? We have now over paid for our windows and are in the process of trying to get our money back! Customer service is shocking - they tell lie after lie after lie! Overall experience has been absolutely appalling I wish I had never gone with love windows lesson well and truely learnt!

Well we're do I start they don't turn up 4 times for the fitting.i put bad report on here guess what they phoned me up promised the earth knocked money off if I took it down and gave em a chance. Stupid me I did guess what turned up but didn't have half of the stuff they needed so three hours later there back. When told all done window spot on but no key to lock it. The door well what a mess they never filled brown in when making door so brown door while lines all over it promised they'd come back. 3 weeks later multiple phone calls they come fixed door but no key for window. Promised to send em by post never did again again again promised on Wednesday they would drop keys off never did. Phoned up all same crap again use these total Muppets if you want but be warned only reason they have hi marks on trust pilot is they talk you around so be careful I wouldn't touch em again. Jan 18,2019Another week goes by still no contact from “love windows “ , there’s a misnomer if ever there was one. I have now hired another company to finish off what “love windows” haven’t done in nearly 7 months . I will keep trying to get my money back but all you get is lies. I’m sure all the latest positive reviews are made up to try to stem the flow of real reviews and bad experiences. Who in their right mind would read the posts on here and still trust these con men. I repeat do not trust these people.
