Nov 15,2018At last after 3 unfulfilled promises to install the windows were finally fitted on Saturday. Unfortunately the installers had done 3 other jobs before they got to us so they fitted 3 windows in the dark using torches. Consequently the job could have been a lot neater particularly the silicon, and one of the sills didn’t have an end fitted. I haven’t bothered to go back to love windows, just glad the whole thing is over.

Nov 13,2018Finally had 6 windows replaced today, they are of high quality and look lovely - but be prepared for a long wait. Communication with customers could greatly improve, the five stars are awarded to the fitters Razwan and Farooq who are lovely gents and friendly and polite and nothing is too much for them, they worked non stop all day, they are an absolute asset to this company if you want a job done properly ask for Razwan and Farooq. Cameron eventually came through for us, thank you as it is so frustrating waiting, thank you again. Just waiting for our guarantee now, hopefully it will be sent soon.

Nov 13,2018It’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We ordered windows 11 weeks ago. They came today and have done a fine job, everything went very well. Dave and the two guys didn’t stop. Thank you very much, absolutely delighted with the new windows. just tell Dave to drop my mugg off if he’s ever passing by.

Nov 12,2018We’ve had work done before and I can not fault the fitter’s who installed the windows and door or the quality of the product. In August, we ordered 2 more windows to complete the renevations. I had to ring in October about a fitting date as they never got back to me. In response to my calls, they arranged to fit them on the 6th of November - 3 months after the actually order of the products. Andy and Cameron, a receptionist and the installation manager , called us back and asked to change the date of the installation to today as they had other jobs in th area, with was agreed so they were expected here today. Woke up this morning, expecting the windows to be fitted and they called to cancel the appointment AGAIN. As you can imagine, frustration rose as upon us as it had been 4 months since actually ordering the windows. When Love Windows was called by us, they told us that we couldn’t have our deposit back if we cancelled the order and they would invalidate the 15 year guarantee on the products already fitted. We’ve never experienced such poor and appalling customer service before.

Nov 10,201814 weeks and counting and I still haven’t got my composite door. I was told weeks ago I was at the top of the list for the next door delivery. When my husband put negative feedback in Trustpilot they called me to ask me to withdraw the negative feedback and they would fast track to door and put everything right. Nearly 2 weeks later and they will not return my calls anymore. Three of my windows are scratched and require replacing. Two of the windows require lintels as the brickwork above the windows have cracked and they have only been installed a couple of weeks. The bay windows have been measured to short by at least 1 ½ inch so we have had to get someone to extend the bay window wall. This has cost me extra to get a builder in to make these alterations. The windows have now started to fall apart at the welded corners. Some of the frames have been damaged during installation. It is like something you would see on “Rouge Traders”. I have another company who are currently installing an Orangery for me and they say they have never seen such badly fitted windows. I cannot stress enough that you will be wasting your money on these cowboys

Nov 08,2018I have given 5 stars because of the fitters Adam & Brian who did an excellent job and left no mess. I do have to say it was a day late we should have had them fitted Tuesday but they were only fitted yesterday Wednesday. The product and price is very good, the only criticism I have is the administration and communication which is sadly lacking.

Nov 07,2018Don’t leave many reviews if I’m honest but when a company goes above and beyond I deemed it necessary to show some gratitude. I got in touch with love windows after safeglaze went bust and we were left with a half finished job and no communication from them. I spoke to a gentleman called Addy at love windows he assured me that they would come out and fix us up within the week because of our situation and he stuck to his promise thanks again 5*****

Nov 07,2018Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The first slot for installation came and after two hours. I rang the office to find out why no one had arrived, to be told the fitter was ill. Surely the should have rung me in the morning to let me know. The next date and time came, but again two hours after the stated time no show. I rang the office and was told the fitters would be with me in half a hour. Two and a half hours later a further call made to the office to be told they would be with me in half a hour. On this occasion, this was correct, but it was now getting dark. Both the fitters and myself felt it was a bad idea to start fitting windows in the dark, a arranged for them to come back the following day. The windows were fitted the following day, as arranged with the fitters. They made a very good job of the fitting, cleaning up and asking if we were satisfied before leaving. Perhaps the office staff could do with some customer service training.

Nov 06,2018Worst company ever do not use bad fitting bad service all round shoddy products wish never rang them don’t measure ur windows properly after two visits cut your french doors out with hammer and bolster- right mess - windows not sealed properly trims on because of bad measuring signed a contract they couldn’t even get that right absolute shambles of a company using my materials to block windows up because the glass didn’t turn up absolute w@£&@(&
