Nov 28,2018I was recommended Love Windows by a friend, I got 8 windows and 2 composite doors, the windows and doors are of a very high quality and so was the finish by the work men, the windows and doors have made my home feel so warm just in time for winter, the customer service was excellent and second to none, I highly recommend this firm, I don’t usually write reviews but i thought i had to this time because of the excellent deal i received. I got 4 quotes initially and Love windows were the cheapest, the staff were so helpful and there were no pushy salesman like the other 3 companies who i received expensive quotes from. The work men completed the work to a very high standard, were very polite and cleaned and brushed up any mess made. I am so happy with the my windows and doors, I wanted them in before Xmas when i have family over and they look amazing, I can’t fault Love windows at all, choose Love windows trust me.

Nov 28,2018We saw the TV advert a few times before enquiring via the website about one replacement window on 13 August. Arranged for their sales rep to visit our house on 18 August. Sales rep arrived at the agreed time and departed within 30 minutes. He was polite and amiable with no pushy sales talk but he informed us that there was a minimum order requirement for 2 windows. Price each of £299 became £349 due to £50 additional charge for upgrade to obscure glass. Reluctantly ordered 2 windows and paid deposit on 20 August. Had to wait until 12 October for the surveyor to visit. Another surveyor came and re-checked the measurements on 12 November and arranged an installation date. The windows were finally installed on 26 November as planned. They seem to be good quality and were professionally fitted by a single installer in less than 4 hours. So time from placing order to fitting was approx 15 weeks, which seems excessive but at only £349 for a PVC triple glazed window we're not complaining! With the price they offer we knew there would be a compromise somewhere, compared to the large, established expensive glazing companies, which is why we still awarded them 5 stars.

Nov 28,2018Further to my earlier reviews and the reply from this crew they have never once said that my problems would be sorted the next time someone was in the area what they have done is made 8 separate FOR SURE appointments and turned up for NONE they have had my reviews removed by telling Trustpilot lies which I have been able to prove to Trustpilot compliance team were not lies hence reviews are reinstated they have blocked my telephone numbers from their system or just walked away from the phone it beggars belief how a company which has built themselves up to be a nationwide company (small shop in Bradford) can operate in this manor my problems can be sorted out in an hour. As usual in your answer to this review you have missed the first part of my October review out the full review is still there for anyone to read you just chose the favourable bits I have never said your product was bad just your lies and rubbish after sales service and I've never threatened to write bad reviews just told the truth and alien aspect for your company

Nov 27,2018I don't no who's paying some of theses people that are writing these reviews the company is crap its took them over six weeks after they have fitted my windows to sort them out after 5 visits they are hopefully finally sorted the people in the office are not helpful at all they are really rude and argued with you on the phone I was at first going to get more windows off them but not a chance now wouldn't recommend them at all

Nov 23,2018Firstly, my windows have been fitted and I am pleased with them. However I was sold and paid for triple glazed windows with a georgian strip. When the fitter (a sub contractor who made his own windows) arrived he informed me that I could not have triple glazing with the strip and so I now have double glazed windows not triple as is shown in my contract and for which I paid. I was both misled and mis-sold.

Nov 20,2018I have had my windows fitted within the last two weeks and also got a quote for my son in his recently purchased property. I had an issue with four of my windows, however one window was repairable and three required a new frame as well as the glass. The fitters completed all the windows without any issues and were very tidy after them selfs. Best of look with installation next week, hope it’s as impressive as the work done for us. Nov 20,2018I haven't had my windows fitted yet but so far I have been blown away by the level of customer service. a young lady called Olivia came to see us within 48 hrs of our original query - she was lovely & was very pleasant, no selling required as the windows are such a good price! Then our Srveyor came yesterday & there has been a couple of issues with my old frames. this has been sorted immediately with a chap called john Dee over the phone & he has gone the extra mile to ensure that I am satisfied with our price. Overall, fabulous customer service - thank you.

Nov 19,2018Right where to start! The installation of these windows was shocking. Gaps around the outside of the windows that you can get your fingers in, where there was no foam filler. Damage to my inner window sill where the fitter smashed the old windows with a hammer. The bay windows have big gaps along the outer sill and not sealed properly. Plastic edging strip just put anywhere. The wrong front door glass pattern has been fitted. Not enough window keys. The list goes on. I phoned Love Windows who said they would get a fitter out to sort the issues, this has not happened and two months has passed. The windows are cheap but ok as long as you don’t look to close. I am going to have to pay for the issues to be corrected as Love Windows are now not replying to my emails. Think twice before using this company!

Nov 19,2018Placed order for Patio Doors early Oct. 2018. Had to chase up for survey after a few weeks and no contact. Eventually 2 guys turned up and did not appear overly interested and went away saying the office will be in touch with an installation date. A few weeks more and nothing. 2 calls to try and find out progress have had no response to date. A 3rd has been made and I have fingers x'd. Not impressive so far. Hopefully the products are better than the customer service.
