Really good quality windows windows fitters were fantastic would recommend love windows to anyone

After waiting 14 weeks with 2 cancellations in that time too, our 3 windows was fitted, wooow what can I say? Not 1 window fitted, was all too small, even after paying a £100 survey fee they still got this wrong, how was the fitters going to sort this problem, with expander foam and plastic edging and extending pieces! Really? Is this what I was paying for? Got a phone call from office telling me “listen love that’s how windows are fitted” really? 20-30mm too small, can fit my fingers through the gaps and that’s normal? Not to mention the state of my internal wall round these windows, let’s see how they going to resolve this issue. ————————————————————— UPDATE: An engineer has been to inspect my windows, they are now in the process of making replacements, with a promise they will be fitted in the next 2 weeks, Love windows have apologised for my inconvenience, still doesn’t take away my upset and annoyance, so when my windows are finally fitted and I am totally happy I will gladly rewrite my review—————————————————————-Update, fitters was suppose to come 29th September, suprise surprise got a phone call middle of afternoon to say they couldn’t make it, was coming Sunday, didn’t come then either, phoned telling me they was outside trying get in but no reply from us, wasn’t outside me house, got a call half an hour later saying they posted a note through my door saying they’d been, still can’t find that note, anyway after arguing with them we gave them 1 last chance to put their mess right, was coming 13th October, got a phone call 10 past 9 4th October to say they on their way, over a week early, they came and no surprise windows was too small yet again, fitters just shoved them in and tried covering up the gaps with foam and beeding, wasn’t happy, the fitters phoned the office as obviously at such short notice and without my husband here I couldn’t write a cheque as I refused to pay cash as they had requested off me, when my husband came from work he inspected the windows and refused to pay the full payment, they are no better the 2nd time, can I just also add that after all the trouble we had with them they knocked us £100 off full price as compensation but because we wasn’t happy this time they put the price back up to the original 1, my husband wrote them a cheque for just over half the cost of them and told them he was getting a proper company in to pull them out and get new 1s fitter probably, after a closer inspection of these windows we will be contacting trading standard, I will never be allowing these near my windows again and most certainly won’t be recommending them to anybody

Rang for a quote got prices over phone they sent a rep called MO who gave me diff prices,no matter what I said it was pure pressure so I didn’t sign or pay deposit, got a call week later asking about the quote and someone would ring me back with in a week not heard anything 2 week later.!! Looks like will lose my custom

The team that fitted my windows were very polite and always asked what sort of finish I would like around the outside of the windows. There a couple of faults but these can be and will be rectified by an engineer when next in the county. Good quality fabrics used. Thank you Love windows.

I agreed a price for a window and a door after the usual sales patter, the sales guy halved his original quote to a realistic price. Be aware that the price of £299 then has a £100 survey fee added to it, plus other charges too! The sales guy said they would be fitted in 3-4 weeks and told me to ignore the 8-12 weeks on the contract. After many calls I finally got an installation date 7 weeks later. The fitters didn't turn up and when I called they said they hadn't even been made yet. I was then promised an installation date of 9 days later. When they didn't arrive again I called them only to be told that they wouldn't be fitted that day and they would look into it and call me back. I received a call later that day to say that they had to cancel my contract as the price wasn't cost effective for them. So it actually took them 8 weeks to decide that they had under priced my job. It wasn't even the sales guy who agreed the price it was his boss on the phone after a long conversation about how much I was willing to pay for the job! They offered me my deposit refund or alternatively I pay another £300 and they would still fit them. When I declined they said ok £200 then!! I declined again and reluctantly asked for my refund which they said they would transfer to my bank immediately! I had to call everyday for 2 weeks before I finally got my deposit refunded! Each time I called the company regarding the original order or refund nobody seemed to have any records of events so I had to explain the whole story each time! Terrible company, remind me of how Safe Style UK used to operate about 20 years ago with their pressure selling and no company organisation and wouldn't be surprised if they are linked in some way being that they seem to be based in Bradford! I thought companies like this were regulated now to help people from being taken in and ripped off, I hope Dot Cotton is reading this as she could be innocently contributing in deceiving the elderly and people like myself who thought I would give them a call based on that false £299 per window claim!! Please avoid and seek a local tradesman with a good reputation, I even heard that customers had been offered £50 to leave good reviews and that might explain how there are some excellent reviews for this company!!

If you are looking to get new windows fitted. This is the company to go with. Amazing customer service. Very polite and helpful when i was getting the order sorted. Window quality is amazing. I will be using them from now and i would highly reccomend them to everyone. you wont be let down. 5 star service :)
