Aug 03,2018I responded to love windows advert on itv . Which said £299 per window with a 15 year warranty, I asked the sales person on the phone if they were fensa or certass accredited, they told me they were with certass so there’s nothing to worry about , I checked with certass if they were registered with them and was told they are not , so basically this company is committing fraud , I’ve had a lucky escape, I’m leaving this review in the hope I can stop someone getting seriously conned To the reply below I am an honest hard working person worried about spending my hard earned cash on something which is not fit for purpose. I do not have my own Window Company I am a Bus Driver from Driffield East Yorkshire . I have screen shots of the web site stating that they are certas registered timed and dated . Certas will confirm to anyone thinking of using this company that they have never been and never will be certas registered .

Aug 03,2018I would like to add that this company has fixed my bedroom windows and it looks like its brand new. They did the work quickly and it fitted perfectly I'm very pleased with the outcome and i would 100% recommend this company to others also would like to mention the customer service was great they spoke formally and didn't forget what they was here for

Aug 02,2018I had 3 windows today, the guys were here from 10am, cleaned up to a good standard, they forgot the keys for my windows however after calling they came back tonight and dropped them off. Excellent service, would highly recommend

Aug 02,2018Just had 3 Windows and 2 doors fitted, excellent quality and service. Fitting new and removal of the old was straight forward with quality workmen doing the job. Had one issue concerning the letter box but this was resolved quickly the same day. Would recommend Love Windows to anyone.

Aug 01,20189 weeks on and we still haven’t recieved the fensa certificate, phoned numerous times and each time told it’s in the post. Windows ok had to have them back as one wouldn’t open, still can’t lock properly as we can’t open it again. Just given up!!! Wouldn’t use again!! Probably end up getting another company out to rectifie it!! There are no ‘kite marks’ on the glass either so this would lead one to believe they do not conform to UK safety standards!!

Jul 27,2018Only had one window fitted. Did need anew handle after it was fitted but that could have been a manufacturers fault the window itself is very nice. Good quality and fitted well. I would use again. Ps I was offered £50 for a better review but never received it... Never mind..why offer 50 pounds if you have no intention of delivering ivea good mind to replace my reiew to my original one which you obviously didn't like.. Good day pps it was you that offered the 50 pounds for the inconvenience not us.
