Oct 11,2018Contacted twice for an update on date for my Windows to be fitted, they said would call me back but on both accations I got no call back and had to call again. I was given a date and time for fitting but when the day arrived they was a problem with staffing issues which was soon resolved. The lads that fit my Windows was brilliant and did a great job, very pleased with my new Windows and good value to.

Oct 01,2018Had a few problems initially with the office staff who promised numerous times that the fitters would arrive on three separate occasions, which of course didn’t happen, wouldn’t mind too much but for the untruths that went alongside them. It was clear today that they did not have a fitter available and had to buy in a sub contractor to get the job done as I had stated that I would cancel if they failed again, it was obvious to me that the van did not break down as they only managed to contact the fitter late morning. However, when the windows were fitted they were of excellent quality and the fitter was truly an excellent technician doing a superb job and the sound proofing is also excellent. I would reckon that LoveWindows are taking on too much work with not enough fitters to do the work but if you accept that shortfall the quality of the product is truly excellent and they did give a discount for my inconvenience

Oct 01,2018Excellent windows,Fitters did a great job and left everthing clean and tidy.Only complaint Ordered 2 windows at £299 as advertised.but with survey fees and additional cost for opening windows the final cost oer window was£450.I think lhat these extras should have been shown in the advertisement information.However at £450 per window still a great product at an excellent price.

Sep 29,2018After a wobbly start to this contract and a 3 month wait to get 9 windows and 2 doors fitted , it finally happened last week. The job was done over 4 part days between Monday and Thursday which worked out in my favour in the end as I work a night shift so I was able to get some sleep in the mornings before they turned up. Bryan and Adam worked as hard as they could on the job and dealt with the issues that were put their way professionally by the admin behind them. The worst issue being that my largest window almost 3 metres wide was made 50mm too big so it didn’t fit and the back door which was made the wrong way around opening inwards instead of outwards and couldn’t be turned around as then it would open in the wrong direction. The units were re made and ready to fit within 24hours of finding the problem which was a fantastic result even if Adam had to do a 3 hour round trip in the middle of the afternoon to go and get the new window and door . They then stayed until 8.30pm to make sure as much as possible was done before the final session Thursday. I live on a busy road and have large windows, the triple glazing has made a massive difference to the traffic noise coming into the house, much better than I thought it would make so I am very happy with the quality. The finish of the windows is great and I also had one of their composite front doors fitted which looks and feels quality so well worth the cost. Only negative I have in the end is just a little pointer to a newish business, I have around 20 years experience in sales and customer service and you should always aim to under promise and over achieve not the other way around as possible dates were given for fitting that could not be achieved and the time it was going to take to fit was given by the fitters as 2 days but I new that was not achievable as I have fitted windows myself and it takes a while when you include the edging and sealing of each one. All round a good job and I recommend them to anyone who reads this and is wondering whether to get them or not. Go for it as triple glazing at this price can’t last forever.

Sep 28,2018Apart from the three month wait from ordering to fitting, and the front door furniture not being quite what I was expecting, I am extremely pleased with my new doors and window. The fitters were very friendly and courteous, and despite completing the job much quicker than I was expecting, the workmanship appears to be first class. In fact, everyone I dealt with, from the salesman to the manager in the office were only to pleased to help and very professional. I have no reservations at all in recommending this company for all your double glazing requirements, and I will certainly be using them again if I have any further need.

Sep 27,2018We ordered 3 Windows and a new back door. After a meeting with the rep in which everything from pricing to design was disgust. On the date booked Windows were fitted it took 1 day, everything was left clean and tidy we are verwy pleased with our choice. Many thanks Howard Rosenfeld. Stockport.

Sep 27,20181st they tried to cancel arranged installation on a friday afternoon for the following Monday - I refused to allow this late cancellation. Fitters failed to turn up for arranged installation on the monday between 9am-11am; with no communication received from Love Windows - had to chase them for info from 11am until after 5pm! Even the door panel didn't arrive until after 5pm- causing delays to other external works on my property and a complete waste of my last day of leave from work. Works rearranged for the following Saturday - fitters turned up on time and installed; but the door is now catching on the frame & seems like the hinges have dropped! Demanded immediate remedial works & financial recompense in addition to missing guarantee forms & payment receipts with help from Trading Standards. Remedial works arranged but still pending. Received 'workmanship guarantee' & payment confirmation by email, but waiting for 'Manufacturer's Guarantee' & cheque payment from them also. Trading standards still in the loop and fully aware of the situation until remedial works, all documents and refund received. I'm so disappointed at the lies, inconvenience and hassle - just want this sorted quickly, with honour and truth - hope to update this review & cancel legal action as soon as possible. Fingers crossed Love Windows maintain & fulfil their agreement to sort this mess out. The only positive thing I can say at present and pending a complete resolution is that the installation team were polite, friendly & efficient - shame the office team can't follow their example! Hope to update on a positive fulfilment of all requirements soon, but I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone based on my unhappy experience so far- Advise others considering Love Windows to use a company registered with 'Trusted Traders', Certas, Fensa or another recognised trade organisation.

Sep 26,2018The two chaps Ashley and Kevin that fitted the windows were very pleasant and did a good job although I can't see what they did on the outside upstairs. They were working in very bad weather with torrential rain. I found the office not very helpful. They kept promising to call me back but never did. Now they want a review, they wont leave me alone. Also they said they would send two teams on the day but they only sent one so all the windows had to be taken out first and then the new ones put in.. All the rooms were drenched. I was told by your salesman that they would take out one old window and replace it with the new one and continue like that. Because it was so wet I am a bit concerned that the sealant may not have sealed properly outside but I can't check. I will have to ask the window cleaner to have a look. PB

Oct 13,2018Great windows, friendly staff, no mess left by the installation team. Only sight problem was the communication from the office was minimum. The windows are solidly made and look great when fitted.
