Sep 25,2018The fitters were excellent....the weather was terrible but they just got on and done the job without making a deal out of it like some would....good value for money without a doubt....I got triple glazed for the price of double glazed....well pleased.

Sep 24,2018After seeing the advert on tv I contacted the firm to have our new home windows fitted in. I was slightly nervous at first because I hadn’t heard of the company but after meeting my fitters I can honestly say all doubts were erased. Not only did they fit the windows in for an amazing price of £299 but the customer service me and my partner received was next to none and I’ve never met a more polite, friendly and honest set of lads in my life. We would like to say a big thank you to all the lovewindow team and will definitely be using yourselves again and have already recommended you to our friends and family thanks for all the help it was a pleasure and we couldn’t be happier with the finished job and the guarantee. High expectations with a company advertising on national TV, it's the fitters who keep the good name of the company with the customers. Sep 22,2018We have just had 3 Windows fitted by your company and the team of lads that did the installation are in our opinion probably your best crew. Adam,Brian +Keiron ,I would recommend you train all your fitters to the standard and friendly nature of the lads you sent as they made the installation the best experience i have ever had with tradesmen. My wife has mental health issues and yet felt at ease with strangers in the house as they were so friendly and polite. They cleaned up all the mess and even hoovered before leaving. We will definitely recommend your company to any one we meet at any time.

Sep 21,2018I was impressed in how quickly my windows and doors were made for me from initially contacting them, the visit from their rep, then the surveyor, and all of a sudden my windows were ready for instillation. I had 6 windows and 2 doors installed and fully expected the work to take 2 days, but to my amazement it was all completed in only 1 day and there was very little mess. A big well done to all concerned especially the instillation team.

Sep 21,2018Had 1 window fitted, its great, the window fitter guys were polite prompt and tidy... so no problems there... but love windows would have got 5 stars, my one and only snag is that I waited almost 3 months for my 1 window, It did say asap on my contract. A wait that took a long time. Window is great. Thankyou!

Sep 21,2018Well what can i say. I had 9 windows and 1 door replaced. The team of 2 fitters arrived on time and got on with the job. What a disater that was they were completely clueless and wrecked every window and the door. (I cannot post pictures here but i have them). After a conversation with Mo, who appears to be the owner he sent Kevin, his expert fitter, who looked at the job and returned 2days later and re fitted every window and the door creating new frames. So in the end result. I did keep back £250 as the first fitter had smashed the telephone connection and had badly damaged a small piece of wall. Once i had those two items repaired i sent Mo the balance back (although he has never acknowledged that). I finally got the guarantee this week so eventually all is good. I would have given 5 stars if the job had been carried out well the first time.

Sep 20,2018I saw there add on TV and thought I'd give them ago, there sales rep came the same day to take my order. That was months ago and I'm still waiting for my window (I waited 13 weeks and never had a survey. I have been refunded the deposit I paid and have cancelled my order with love windows). The price on their website, don't believe as there are extras SUCH AS £100 survey fee and other things not listed, They did wave them for me when I agreed to go ahead with the order. I had made so many call to them they just didn't seem to care about sorting out my problems until I put a review on trust pilot, I got a response quick and my refund the same day. I was asked to take down my review which I was going to do, but I have now been having so many phone calls from them while at work. Strange how they are making time to call now where was this determination to contact me when I had an issue I leave this review so you can make your own mind up about using them, I cannot comment on the quality of their product or there fitters as I never got that far with my order.

Sep 20,2018We've just had seven triple-glazed windows put in today. The lads were very polite and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I am really pleased with the result. The windows look great and I can already hear the difference in the road noise. Thank you for a fine job done at a good price.
