Jan 05,2023Exactly what I was looking for in a dog tag. I realized that my dogs tag was too loud and potentially wake up a sleeping baby. Every second counts for nap especially for mama to get a much needed break and more time with my dog baby.

Jun 15,2021I ordered a tag for a new puppy on May 8. I still hadn't received it by May 25, so I had my bank reverse the charge and credit me. Now I am being hounded by these people to contact my bank to remove the chargeback. I finally blocked them. I seriously have received no less than multiple harassing emails. What a disgusting way to do business. I was told today they sent me a tag on June 12th. Is it not obvious that I already went elsewhere. Are you people serious?

Jan 15,2021F*** this company!!! Terrible item, my dog scratched herself and it broke off. When I emailed and asked for a refund I was told “99% of people have no issues!” And?!?! Terrible service terrible product quality.

My order came within reasonable time and beautifully engraved, which is why I chose to order them here other than well-known places like Amazon, who are advertising very similar products. The fact that these ID tags are mechanically engraved rather than printed, leads me to believe that the print will certainly last longer with normal day-to-day wear and tear! Definitely recommend to others!

After adopting our recent furry family member, we went through several name changes and Love Your Pets was so patient and helpful until we found the perfect name. On our 3rd/final choice we found the new, soundless tags and it was meant to be. Shipping was quick and I couldn't be more pleased with Augie's tag.

Feb 17,2020We placed an order - at apparently the same time as a bunch of other large orders were placed. We normally hear right away that the order was shipped, I didn't and we had a transport coming and we were low on tags. I sent an email and customer support was amazing, looked into it, asked when we needed them by and did everything they could to get them to us. They were even going to ship out just what we needed for the transport if the entire order wasn't ready in time. Well the order printed and shipped and arrived a day before we needed them. THANK YOU for the amazing service!

Jan 01,2025We bought our dog a silent dog tag a few months ago. We love that it makes no annoying metal noise when he’s running around like a maniac! Somehow, it broke today. I reached out to the company and immediately they sent a new one to us! I love everything about my experiences with them!
