They said my luggage would be in my room and it was, they Said it would be delivered to my house and it was, the only thing that was messed up was the timming both luggage forward and DHL gave different times and days, but I loved that DHL put luggage in my back yard when it was delivered, it was pricey but in the end we were satisfied, we highly recommend them

Pick up from my home was easy with supplied tags. One suitcase returned two days later than the first case.

The customer service is excellent. They were able to catch up with my luggage after a late pickup and it was even delivered a day early. I plan to use them next on an upcoming international trip.

We were traveling around Boston and NYC for 10 days prior to catching a cruise out of NYC to Canada. We had a piece of luggage sent directly to the ship. It was delivered to our cabin the first evening and was picked up right out side the cruise terminal for its trip back home. Easy Peasy!

very efficient and quick to respond to any questions at any time - luggage was picked up efficiently from cruise terminal and delivered to me within a few days directly to my door with follow up emails every step of the way. I was assured my luggage is secure and safe all along the way and will entrust Luggage Forward with my luggage in the future.

Good company for shipping luggage. I had to make a change to the drop and pickup due to a Ship Change and Luggage Forward made all the needed adjustments. It was an easy process.

I have used luggage forward frequently and have always been pleased,recommending them to friends and family. My latest experience shows how focused they are on customer service. I had a family emergency and had to leave my cruise early. Luggage forward adjusted my pick up to the new disembarkation post, had a rep meet me, pick up my luggage and it arrived perfectly.

My first time using this service. I trialed it with a cruise in my own country. It worked exactly as they said it would both there and back. Will certainly consider using them again for longer trips.

We love everything about our experience using Luggage Forward except 1 thing. We tried to get in contact with customer service on the weekend and no one was available to answer our question. If that is not possible, having real time tracking with the actual location of the bags (not just the city location) would have resolved our issue

The bags came two days early and in good shape. However, passing them to the agent in Hamburg Port was a nightmare. We were told to go through passport control and meet the agent at 8:45. We actually got off the ship at 7: 30 and waited inside until 8:45. Nobody showed up with a sign. So we went outside the customs area, thinking the agent would be there, He wasn't. After a hour of frantic telephone calls with a very grumpy person from the forwarding company, we finally found the agent, and gave him the bags. Very stressful You need much more clear instructions for Hamburg.
