We inadvertently left a large piece of luggage at the port in France after a cruise. We live in California USA. Luggage forwarders picked our luggage up and delivered it to our home, no hassles, no errors, just good customer service.
Likes: clubs arrived before scheduled date Dislikes: have to send clubs 10 days in advance yet took 3 days to arrive at destination. Price: Unreasonable pricing relative to value. You should be a leader in the industry and have lower pricing and make up difference with volume.

Easy process. I chose to take my shipment to a UPS Store rather than have home pickup. I emailed Luggage Forward customer service and asked for shipping labels. Within minutes I had the labels in my inbox and I printed and took them to the UPS Store, dropped off my luggage and was on my way.
The speed of delivery was unreal. Two days to get from Fort Worth TX to Inverness and two days from Southport Eng to Fort Worth!!!!!! You can't mail a letter from Dallas to Fort Worth in two days!!!!

Relatively easy to complete the necessary information for shipping my luggage. Additionally, when I spoke to a company rep, she was very efficient and immediately sent me what I needed.

Two of my three bags arrived damaged. I held for over 45 minutes trying to find oh how to file a damage claim and finally gave up.
Golf clubs were picked up on time using my travel bag, delivered to Scotland ahead of schedule, and returned home two days after pickup in St. Andrews. The service was easy, flawless and cheaper than Ship Sticks.
I like the prompt pickup, but upon delivery two of the four suitcases had broken wheels so we had to trash them. Maybe you can reimburse us for the 2 suitcases.
I live in a remote area difficult to find, delivery of paperwork and pickup of bag was smooth and on did. Excellent job! Delivery to destination was spot on as well. Extremely pleased
All bags were delivered sooner than expected. However, news of their being put in transit wasn't received until it was too late to ask for signature on delivery. One of the bags was damaged so badly it cannot be used.
