Jun 19,2024Easy process. I chose to take my shipment to a UPS Store rather than have home pickup. I emailed Luggage Forward customer service and asked for shipping labels. Within minutes I had the labels in my inbox and I printed and took them to the UPS Store, dropped off my luggage and was on my way.
