Luggage Forward makes sending luggage ahead easy a pleasure. Following very clear and precise instructions from the company, our luggage was picked up on time. We were able to track the luggage’s progress and knew how it was to our cruise ship destination. We spent three days in Amsterdam before boarding the boat, and initially, the cruise line couldn’t find it. We called Luggage Forward on a Sunday and two very helpful people in Boston worked hard to ensure the luggage was there. Two hours after our initial call, the luggage was at our cabin door. We are happy with the company’s responsiveness and support and recommend it to others.
