And request for signature/ warm handoff at delivery vs. bag drop w/ no contact. Misunderstood delivery date and had relied on stated date, as my actual return was a week after bag pick up at Pier upon completion of cruise. Was stuck scrambling to find someone to retrieve my bags from an unsecured hallway 6 days before my scheduled return. Lots of anxiety and limited follow through when I contacted LF office from abroad. Otherwise service worked well.

Oct 21,2024All went to plan luggage was at our cabin on arrival at cruise port. How nice it was to just do hand luggage on our long haul flights made the airport less stressful. On return all went well and having 2 days before the washing arrived was also a novel experience. Also enabled me to pack without concern on the weight that my husband would have to lift.
