Oct 06,2024Our luggage was picked up from our home on time. What was unexpected was the speed of delivery to the hotel. We specified the delivery date, but it’s actually “on or before” that date, and our luggage arrived to the hotel 8 days early. If Luggage Forward actually communicates with the hotel to have luggage stored, that process was not apparent to us, and we had to contact the hotel to ensure storage. This might well have cost us a fee, and caused needless stress.
