Aug 31,2024Unfortunately my experience with customer service was terrible. The eye cream I ordered irritated my eyes and the lids became swollen. I needed to see a doctor who had to prescribe cortisone for it to clear up. As a loyal customer of LVR I wrote to explain the situation and requested to return the item which was denied to me. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Aug 31,2024Because of all the and reviews , I thought I would share that I had a good experience . I was hesitant at first .. but! Ordered 8/26 , had a notification there could be delay , but it was processed 8/27 , 3 day ship with DHL and arrived to me in North America in 8/30 Will shop here again

Aug 30,2024Dear, I still have not recieven My order T0011648952 that I ordered at the end of July . It was lost at UPS. I have not yet received My order T0011744996. According to the driver I am never HOME but I am always there , so I Think it Will also be lost . These have Already been paid !!!!!So I am certainly not satisfied with My shopping experiance at Louisaviaroma. Greetings Claire

Aug 30,2024I'm a first time customer, i ordered a Versace Greca goddess bag from them. delivery was fast but it came in yesterday (without Versace original box or Versace bag tag) but in there own box packaging and tag. bag only came with a Versace dust bag. no authentication card to scan the QR code for verification, since the packaging was confusing. should i be worried about the authenticity of the bag? and its takes them days to reply emails that i sent over 24hrs ago. i need to decide if to return or keep

Aug 30,2024Viel zu langer Versand, obwohl extra Expressversand für 26€ bezahlt wurde. Nach der Bestellung wurde erst mitgeteilt, dass es 2-3 Tage länger dauern kann. Kundenservice absolut schlecht! Nicht entgegenkommend! Werde NIE wieder dort bestellen und empfehle es absolut NICHT weiter!

Aug 29,2024Fantastic company, real luxury feel, ordered two jackets, two different sizes as I wasn’t sure the size, came in a lovely black box and tissue wrapped with stickers holding all in place. The jacket was a bargain considering the brand and what they sell for, would 100% recommend and use again, returning one item and I’m sure there will be a no fuss refund into my account again. Great stuff, keep it up 👍

Aug 29,2024I sent a return order back and it was marked as delivered 9 days ago and haven’t heard anything that my order has been received or got my refund back !!!!! This is so ridiculous. This is honestly one of the worst companies I have dealt with. The time it takes for you to receive the order is beyond ridiculous after paying so much for express shipping now I’m waiting for a refund it takes even longer !!!!!
