The items they sell are genuine I'm sure, but the processing time is way too long! Other luxury sites have sales too and don't take a week to ship. The fact you pay for expedited shipping, but don't get your items for over a week after placing a high dollar amount is a scam and robbery. The return process is a nightmare with my return now taking over a week to get a confirmation of the refund being processed. The package has been at the warehouse for over a week and still not processed. Unacceptable! Your prices are right but you have a business method that isn't ethical.

Servizio cliente non solo inefficiente ma a secondo da chi ti risponde cambia la situazione . Prodotto sbagliato ,ancora in lavorazione ma loro non possono sostituire né annullare perché già processato .. dicono !! Peccato perché hanno davvero tanta scelta e qualità .. ma lavorando con grandi brand non è possibile che per un ordine di 1450 euro loro non sappiano gestire un problema .

Ich habe den schnellen Versand (1-2 Werktage) extra bezahlt und passiert nichts. Das nächste mal bestelle ich direkt beim Designer, da ist mindestens der Versand kostenlos.

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht. Ich habe das erste Mal dort bestellt und es war auch das letzte Mal. Versand für Express unsagbar teuer und unverhältnismäßig. Ich hatte mich dazu entschlossen eine Wunschtasche zu bestellen, die dann 2 Tage später mit 20% Extra Discount angeboten wurde. Um den Versand zu stoppen habe ich dem Kundenservice geschrieben, dass ich diese Bestellung stornieren möchte, um die Kosten und den Aufwand für alle klein zu halten, aber der antwortete erst , als dann der sogenannte Expressversand, auch zwei Tage später, begonnen hatte. Ok Tasche trotzdem noch mal bestellt, denn 20% sind nun mal was. Nun hatte ich die Taschen aus Versehen vertauscht, weil bei zwei gleichen Taschen der gleichen Marke mit gleichen Etiketten ich keinen Unterschied gesehen habe, ABER LVR hat den Barcode der Rücksendung der mit den 20% zugeordnet war genommen und akzeptiert die Rückgabe der teureren Variante nicht, abgesehen davon, dass der Kundenservice mäßig bishin zu meiner Beschwerde gar nicht mehr reagiert. Für mich war es das letzte Mal. Tasche der gleichen Marke, Farbe usw. Und nun doch teurer bezahlt, als gewollt. Die Antwort vom Kundenservice hier ist nur ein ganz schwacher Erklärungsversuch, aber eine Lösung ist es nicht und erst recht nicht kulant. Engstirnig und nicht im geringsten Kundenorientiert. Ich brauche auch nicht noch mal den Kundenservice kontaktieren, da der sich ja bis heute nicht gemeldet hat. Ganz nebenbei, mein Geld habe ich noch nicht zurück (11.09.2024), aber da setze ich nun noch auf Klarna, dass das klappt. Ich bleibe dabei, hier ordere ich nicht mehr!!

Lasst die Finger von diesem laden! Ewiger Versand trotz express Versand für über 20 Euro und die Retoure wird seit Wochen nicht bearbeitet. Laufe jetzt knapp 2 Monaten meinem Geld hinterher und der Kundenservice antwortet auch nicht. Anwalt ist eingeschaltet.

Reso numero RAN WB/2024/100796 Pessimi! A distanza di 2 settimane dall’arrivo del mio reso ancora non si sa nulla del mio rimborso. Inoltre ignorano totalmente le mie mail. Tutto questo tempo non giustifica il periodo saldi. Posso tollerare un paio di giorni ma 2 settimane e’ davvero troppo . Aspetto ancora un altro giorno dopodiché mi rivolgerò alla polizia postale

I love to shop at luisaviaroma .. the best place to find all the luxury brands . I love the fact that they provide additional sales and promotions every now and then . The only thing that they need to improve is their shipping .. it takes sometime to ship out the items otherwise they are the best

Stay away from shopping on Luisaviaroma! 08/11/2024 I made an order, 08/20/2024 I sent the goods for return. 26.08.2024 my return was delivered to them! The dress I returned was put up for sale and has already been sold to a new "unfortunate" customer. The store still hasn't returned the money for its return, I've been waiting for my money for a week now!!!!! How long will I have to wait????? Give me my money back! I wouldn't wish my enemy to buy from them😡 Order T0011710102

I recently ordered a bag from LuisaViaRoma, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The item I received was of very poor quality, and while they accepted to exchange it, the entire process has been unbelievably slow. It’s been over a month since I submit the order, and after returning the original bag a week ago, I am still waiting for the replacement to be dispatched. To make matters worse, their customer service is painfully slow in responding to emails, and when they do reply, the answers are generic and provide no valuable information. For a company of this caliber, this level of service is simply unacceptable. E-commerce companies are usually fast and efficient, but LuisaViaRoma has been the complete opposite. I am extremely disappointed and will think twice before ordering from them again. Their service does not live up to the expectations one would have from such a reputed brand.
