servizio tremendo, ogni tanto provo a comprare qualcosa pero non è a l'altezza. ho ordinato una cosa da 10 giorni e ancora sto aspettando. Poi il servizio cliente è pessimo, ci hanno messo 4 giorni a rispondermi a una mail.
Servizio di spedizione lentissimo e servizio clienti pessimo: ordine T0011734243 (borsa di Gucci) effettuato il 18/08 ad oggi 22/08 risulta ancora in Lavorazione dopo una segnalazione tramite call center e ticket aperto a cui non ho ricevuto neanche risposta. Inaccettabile per acquisti superiori a mille euro. Non riacquisterò più da loro.

Gdybym mogła dała bym ocenę -1 i natychmiast zakazała dalszej działalności. Zgadzam się z wypowiedziami, że obsługa Klienta to jest w gruncie rzeczy zbywanie klienta i łamanie praw konsumenckich. Zamówiłam buty , przymierzyłam w domu w garderobie - mimo to po odesłaniu ich odmówiono mi prawa do zwrotu z uwagi na rzekomo zniszczoną podeszwę. Żałuję że nie zrobiłam zdjęć butów po wyjęciu z pudełka. Ale kupuję wiele na FF i MT i nigdy , przenigdy nie spotkała mnie taka sytuacja!!! Zostałam prymitywnie oszukana! To jest skandal i tylko dlatego że szkoda mi czasu i pieniędzy odpuściłam prawną batalię. Ale odradzam serdecznie!!! Poniżej wszelkiego poziomu. Aleksandra Nowakowska
IMPOSSIBLE TO INITIATE RETURN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAVE MADE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO GET EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN TO NO AVAIL. BAD INVESTMENT ON MY PART. WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN. Finally got a return ticket 8/23 and DHL picked up return same day. Waiting for my credit. Thank you.
Ich habe am 13.08 die Bestellung aufgegeben viel Geld für einen Express Versand ausgegeben und nach 8 Tage noch nicht mal eine Mail bekommen wann das Paket ankommen wird oder ob es schon versandt ist. Unverständlich warum der Online Shop Express Versand anbietet wenn es noch nicht mal geschafft wird die Ware versandbereit zu machen. Die Höhe war auch der Kundenservice der mir eig nur erzählte, dass dies bei erhöhten Bestellungen normal sei, wirklich ein Witz. Möchte die Versandkosten umgehend erstattet bekommen! I originally placed an order on August 13th and it's now August 20th and the order still isn’t shipped. For customers in the US, the only option is to pay for a $15 express shipping that the company claims a 1-2 business day delivery timeframe. A delay of over a week is unacceptable. Even worse, after calling into customer service, it seems the agents on the phone can’t do anything to help or cancel your order and emailing in also doesn’t yield a response. The representative stated there might be a delay of up to 14 days and that orders placed as early as August 9th are still unfulfilled. Vague messaging about "processing delays during sales” is not sufficient nor fair business practice if the delay is over a week from stated times. I would expect a company this reputable to have clear and upfront communication the says orders will take over a week to ship prior to orders being placed if they’re facing such unprecedented delays,. This level of customer service is unacceptable. At this point I’m hoping they’ll just finally respond to my email and cancel the order

STAY AWAY! LVR will try to rip you off via the return process. They engage in fraudulent tactics to increase their sales. If there is no way around purchasing from LVR, then make sure you pay with PayPal to protect yourself.

Aug 24,2024I should have searched for reviews before placing my order. Never thought that a luxury store would be this bad when shopping online. My order has not changed status at all since it was placed. It is a first and for sure a last. Just hoping to really like the item to not have to deal with returns . Order T0011729238
