Jan 25,2025I am a New customer to Luscombes Motors as I wanted to take a look at the MG brand.The showroom is fairly local to where I live so getting there wasn’t a problem.The sale staff were very welcoming & friendly allowing me to look at the vehicles & only approaching me when I asked. Sales executive Lucy was excellent providing answers to all the many questions I asked,Lucy also allowed my wife & I to take out the demonstrator which sealed the deal.A great buying experience & would certainly recommend Luscombes Garage.

I must say all the staff were very friendly and professional all that you would expect to give the customer a 5 star service. There was no pressure to buy, the sales executive answered all our questions after a test drive we decided the new MG3 Hybrid+ was the vehicle we wanted. Good company and a pleasure to deal with would highly recommend. They are efficient and well organised. Sam was great on the sales and handover process, and the whole team quickly overcame supply issues. All round, it was an excellent experience.

Sep 06,2024After obtaining an on line quote for a MG3 Hybrid Plus and a valuation of my car in p/x I made an appointment to visits the dealership in August. Lucy Moss from sales was very professional, efficient, friendly and yet of few words ("yes pleasantly surprising isn't it") I had arranged a test drive really to test myself because I had not driven an automatic car before. Following the test drive and after little discussion and negotiation the deal was done to my satisfaction will the online offer being honoured + a bit more. I collected the car in September. Again the handover was great with Lucy explaining the controls etc. Two days after collecting the car Lucy contacted me by way of a courtesy call. All in all the whole experience was a pleasant one and I would recommend that any prospective car buyers give them a try.
