Dec 01,2022Appalling service - website said delivery in 1-2 days and on day 10 no sign of tiles, no answer to the phone most of the time and have been three times promised an update which hasn't happened. I now have workmen who can't work and a job delayed. Do not use unless you have to and have plenty of time to hang about. If I could give zero stars here I would.

They sent me a sample which was great and then fulfilled the order the next day after I received the sample and gave my approval! Very happy with the service and tiles received.
