Nov 05,2021I ordered some tiles from Luxury Tiles U.K for the first time recently, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the tiles that I received, not only that but the speed of which they were delivered was as promsied, and Alex was very friendly and helpful with setting up my order. Will definitely reccommend to people and will likely be ordering more in future.

Nov 01,2021Avoid using. Inaccurately described products using incorrect images showing different colours. Got in touch to arrange a return and was told this would need to be done at my own expense despite the product being provided clearly not looking anything like the image shown on the website. PS sarcastic smiley emojis in a response from the customer service are not helpful either. I repeat, avoid using!

Sep 03,2021I decided to buy from Luxury Tiles despite their prices being higher than another company. This decision was based upon their trustpilot reviews. I have to say I'm pretty disappointed and annoyed. The website stated delivery would be within 1–2 working days. I received a dispatch email quickly on the Monday. I emailed on the Thursday but didn't receive a reply. I'd still not received them by Friday so rang to enquire. In fairness, they answered the phone quickly, looked into the problem and rang me back within minutes. I was then told the tiles would be delivered either Tuesday or Wednesday the following week – a week late. I'd booked time off work to fit the tiles over the weekend. I was told I'd be rang to explain why there had been a delay of a week. I didn't received that call. The tiles were eventually delivered on Wednesday afternoon (I was back at work on Thursday so didn't have any time to fit them and now have 140 floor tiles in the way in my 2 up 2 down and no idea when I'll get time to fit them). To add insult to injury, the delivery driver was useless. Rather than parking his wagon outside my house, he parked it at the end of a rough track and tried to drag the palette of tiles on his trolly over uneven ground. If the tiles have survived that I'll be surprised! He then dumped the palette yards away from my house, blocking the track and my neighbours drive. He left me, a lone 5ft 2in woman, to carry each incredibly heavy box into my house. I'm not impressed at all. I wish I'd ordered from the other place and experienced their supposed bad customer service but paid a lot less for the privilege!

Jul 15,2021I’m a year late writing this review - sorry Ceanne and the team! But I can’t thank them enough. They went above and beyond to help us when we went into the 1st lockdown last year. We had no means to go and view tiles, had to isolate and had 3 bathrooms to tiles in an unliveable house! The tiles are fab and we are super pleased with the choices. Service and speed of delivery was amazing, couldn’t fault them and in the circumstances, they really stepped up - thank you!

Not only is he so kind, helpful and always reachable, he went above and beyond to secure the tiles we wanted, that were from a different country and got them to us, hassle free. Can’t recommend this place enough! Also, the very best selection of tiles! We will now always be using Luxury Tiles for any future tile needs.

I decided to go for the Venetian blue floor tile for my kitchen/dining room, a very uniquely coloured tile I could not find anywhere else and I am very happy with the results. Alex and his team were extremely kind and helpful throughout and made the whole experience rather pleasant. Would indefinitely recommend

May 21,2021I ordered two different sets of tiles. Was told one set would be delivered the following tuesday and the second set a week later. The first set arrived 4 days late with a promise every day that they would be with me that day - waited in for 4 days. I was waiting for the second set to arrive, didn't turn up so called and they advised that they were still out of stock and they couldn't deliver for two weeks. I had already advised them that my bathroom fitter was starting that week and I had paid a deposit and it was only because I called, that they even bothered to tell me they were out of stock. Awful service, will never return.

Apr 22,2021Ordered two lots of tiles from this company , both deliveries had significant damage to the tiles . One set looked like they had been in a skip , the boxes were filthy and all the exposed top tiles were marked and scuffed. 6 boxes of the tiles were damaged , with broken tiles evident on the pallet base . Spoken to both Alex and Clare , the delivery was 4 days ago , still no response to my many calls and e mails.This company has serious issues with their customer service.

Mar 24,2021Ordered two packs of tiles which arrived promptly. Unfortunately one box must have been dropped at some time. Phoned up and even during the pandemic phone was answered straight away. Sent photos of broken tiles and a new box was dispatched and tiles arrived safely. Happy customer.
