Oct 10,2022AVOID. I ordered tiles for our dining room with the plan to complete our kitchen with the same tiles. We received the first batch and were told more tiles were due to arrive imminently to fulfil both orders. After laying half of the dining room we have now been told the tiles have been discontinued and they aren't receiving anymore stock. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Oct 06,2022The other day I had the opportunity to deal with the lovely lady Ceanne she help me and my partner from start to finish decide what tiles to choose for our first home bathroom project. After deciding the gold and jet black marble tiles the delivery came super quick and the whole team was very polite and very helpful. Myself and my partner will definitely be recommending this company to all friends, family and colleagues. You have restored our faith as we was let down by another local company but I cannot thank the luxury tiles team enough for all there help and making everything super easy and stress free.

Oct 03,2022I telephoned and spoke to Claire as I required some advice regarding a tile I was looking to purchase, she was very helpful guiding me through the website as well as reassuring me that it would be confirmed if stock was available. I had called once before and it was evident the phone lines were busy but the service I have received prior to placing the order has been positive, I think people are quick to write poor reviews and not appreciate we are all humans and mistakes can happen! I look forward to placing my order over the coming weeks.

Sep 29,2022Still awaiting a refund for order 11186 , smashed tiles sent back and the CS said they would refund when the tiles arrived back to their warehouse, really unreasonable, they have had my payment for several weeks and I have no tiles ! Avoid this company and buy locally if you can , that way you can check what you are getting and deal with a real human being !

Sep 25,2022Unbelievably bad! This company NEVER answers the phone! All calls are diverted to a mobile number with a personal (not business) voicemail message. They also virtually never reply to emails. On the very rare occasion that they ring you back (you'll probably have to leave at least 10 messages before this happens) you get a terribly apologetic response but absolutely no information whatsoever. You will be promised a call from the supervisor / owner later that day. He won't call. After 10 days waiting for a delivery that was advertised as 1-2 days, I left several emails and voicemail messages requesting the order be cancelled as they clearly weren't intending to send it. All have been ignored. Now making a claim through Barclaycard for my money back and seeking legal advice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Sep 24,2022I paid for my tiles on the 6/9/2022 and it is now 23/9/2022 and my tiles never arrived. I contacted them by phone and email many many times now and i get no response from them at all apart from one call telling me they will get someone to call me but never does, what kind of company is this. Update, ... i have now had my tiles delivered and had an apology, ... the tiles arrived ok and are perfect so i am very happy with them, but i think the company need to deal with the staff shortage problem that led to all of this in the first place as this has been an immense amount of unnecessary stress for me. They came good in the end.

Jul 27,2022Initial order and communication was good. However on inspection around 220 tiles turns up damaged. Was told they’d be replaced. 20 turned up pretty quickly but we are still waiting on the remaining 200. I keep getting told they’ll call me but have had to chase up myself each week with the same story of ‘waiting on the supplier’ and ‘looking into it’. This has been the case for 3 months now. Very frustrating
