Jun 22,2022This company is just not reliable. I payed for my order in advance to make sure I get the tiles I want at the date we both agreed on, they delivered the wrong ones and only collected them after 3 weeks of struggling on my behalf. They just kept passing the ball from one another, telling lies during the process (like the tiles are made in Ukraine thus the delay of the tiles, while they were in fact produced in Spain), say they would come back with a call to fix the problem and yet I was the one getting in touch with them all the time. On top of this I only got my full refund after a week from collecting the wrong tiles, again due to the pressure I put on them to do their job. So I basically had to beg for my money back. Just as a tip: try tile mountain instead. They have the same tiles, with different names, for less money.

Jun 13,2022Supposed to be a 1 - 2 day delivery, you pay premium delivery charge even for a cut sample and a week later, I still haven't received what I ordered. This has happened twice now.

Jun 11,2022As somebody that works in a customer facing role, it pains me to write a negative review, however after twice ordering with Luxury Tiles U.K. they cancelled my order due to lack of stock/stock availability/damage stock. The first time I can accept, the second time vexed me, but after reading other reviews it's clear they have an issue with either how much stock they hold or marrying up their physical stock to what they're advertising online. Either way, I choose another supplier and wouldn't recommend or use Luxury Tiles U.K. again! P.S. I'm still waiting my refund....

Jun 01,2022Terrible customer service and impossible to contact. Telephone line constantly goes to answer phone and emails are ignored ( contacted 3 times over two week period without a response). I ordered a full tile and paid an extortionate postage fee only to receive a miniature sample. Companies like this do not deserve to survive! Ended up placing a large order with another company who quickly responded to queries and answered their phone lines..

May 27,2022I never took delivery of the tiles, they were returned to the warehouse. Terrible customer service - repeated emails sent asking when I can expect a refund and I am yet to receive a response. I received confirmation that the tiles had been received by the warehouse 10 days ago and nothing since. Shocking service. I will be contacting the ombudsman.

They even gave me suggestions and supported me with a discount due the initial tiles that I wanted went out of stock. The only critism is that they should have told me the tiles had a slippery surface and could scratch easily. Kind regards, Ashif.

May 20,2022I contacted this company via telephone in mid April to order a large amount of kitchen tiles. I confirmed with certainty that these were in stock before paying with my credit card. Five minutes later, I received a call to say they didn’t have them in stock. They apologised and promised to refund the payment that day, saying it would take 3-5 working days to reach my account. No payment was received within that time and numerous calls were made / voicemails left by myself with no reply over a period of weeks. Over a week ago we managed to get in touch with the accounts manager who apologised and promised to make the refund that day, but only after sending screenshots or my card statement as they had “no record on the system.” Fast forward to today (20th of May 2022). I’ve called again (after leaving multiple voicemails all week with no response. We spoke to a member of staff who advised that the payment taken was used on “an incorrect system,” and this was the reason for the delay. I asked why I hadn’t been informed of this after being incorrectly promised a refund. He apologised multiple times and again promised to send a BACS payment to my bank account within 2 hours, but not before asking if I could claim it back via my credit card company which I told him was a ridiculous suggestion considering they should pay back what they’ve received, not my card company!!!! Still nothing received. I have put in a formal complaint and will take this to the ombudsman if this is not refunded. I’m so angry, even more so because they didn’t have the tiles in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY…THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
