Apr 26,2024Initial experience was good with weekly updates on progress. When that sale fell through communication went downhill. The portal was never updated, the emphasis seemed to change to the customer seeking information, phone calls were not followed up, out of office messages were left up several days after expiry. E mails were only part answered. If you are happy to have a variety of individuals dealing with your business and being passed on each time things are 'progressed' , never meeting any staff involved, reception staff not being involved in any business, so needing to explain each time, this is the firm for you

Apr 27,2024Overall good service. Don’t like the “everyone has a job” once a task is completed it moves to a different team for the next stage, it’s at this point there seems to be a delay in handover and when someone is away needs to be looked at.
