May 29,2024As the vendor the conveyancing process with Lyons Bowe was simple and completed in 5 weeks. Being handed from team to team was a little disconcerting, especially as mostly handled.remotely. A single point of contact for the whole process would have helped. Could improve how information from the buyers solicitor and up the chain was handled. With multiple completion dates missed and not informed until the dates imminent.

You do have a few different departments to go through when selling a house, but everything went smoothly and communication was fantastic. Really helpful, so easy to work with and very understanding. It was a pleasure visiting the Frome office since everybody was so welcoming. I'm about to sell another property, and I wouldn't choose anybody else.

May 13,2024Considering the pace of a house purchase in current times, Lyons Bowe were speedy and efficient, keeping us updated with the progress of the purchase. They informed us when the process was moved between their different departments. My only concern is to ensure the client clarifies what is a legal requirement on their part when the say that they are satisfied with the responses given by the seller, to thus advance the process.

May 02,2024Throughout nearly the whole process of selling my house, the communication was minimal, I had to chase constantly, I wasn’t informed of key people on my account going on holiday so I was passed around multiple times. The worst experience was when it came to the agreed upon exchange date, I was told this would no longer happen since the staff were leaving early for their Christmas party. I had to follow their formal complaints procedure to raise these concerns and request money back since I was not receiving the full service I had paid for, I was getting part time support at best. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

May 01,2024Throughout the conveyancing process the team were quick to respond and nice to communicate with. The digital systems supporting the transaction were effective, sometimes a few too many digital "milestone" emails which crossed over with the human ones, but that is a minor issue. Wouldn't hesitate to work with this team again - they made the stressful process of buying and selling, a breeze. Thanks everyone!

May 29,2024In this day and age I expected a completely interactive experience on my PC, I was not expecting to have to download and print hundreds of pages of documents, fill them in by hand and scan them all back. Many of the forms were not fit for purpose, ie not suitable for a large property. Given the nature and location of the property I would have expected an experienced conveyancer to have addressed the most likely stumbling blocks right from the start.
