Jul 16,2024Although 5 months after the completion of the sale of my house there were loose ends to sort out because of delays at the Land Registry. These were sorted out by Lyons Bowe who also provided the necessary hard copies for my records. Everything is now complete and I can relax.

The App was very helpful in tracking the progress of my sale and purchase. Due to me losing my buyer the process took 8 months and they were so supportive. Jul 10,2024Painful expirance, admin staff who where slow to reply, or didn't reply. Had to send documents more then once as they had been misplaced. The app was next to useless, to the point it was easier to drive 30mins to the office to do some of the papper work. And to top it off, we wasn't charged for insurance policy at the time of sale, despite us checking they had added this on. Came as a bit of a shock when they came asking for £600.

Jul 17,2024Our request for assistance in preparing our wills & liaising with Land Registry to alter our status from "joint tenants" of our home to "tenants in common" was carried out in a wholly professional and efficient manner. The whole procedure was completed within an hour's meeting by Lyons Bowe's representative at their Bristol Office (Andrea Mapstone), who offered sound advice, listened carefully to our wishes & prepared the wills accurately and to our complete satisfaction. The delay in writing this review was entirely attributable to the Land Registry's tardiness in dealing with our "tenants in common" request. We were kept well informed by Lyons Bowe during the process.
