Nov 28,2024Just called for a quote on commercial work and the person at the end of the phone claimed they didn't do commercial work! Edward Romaine (Director of commercial and property services) is clearly listed as their Director of Commercial & Property Services which i pointed out. She checked and confirmed that Edward was not available (fair enough). Some training needed but this was enough for me to know to not use this firm.

Nov 26,2024Lyons Bowe Solicitors were extremely slow and would keep important information sitting on their desk for a week or two before even looking at it. Information was not relayed at a reasonable pace. Communication was was poor and we were expected to fill out forms without any help from the solicitors, I assumed I was paying the them to handle all my paperwork, but I did a lot of it. I would not recommend Lyons Bowe.

Nov 26,2024Lyons Bowe made the home buying process a lot less stressful than I have experienced in the past. The online portal is a great tool to have in order to be able to track your purchase from start to finish. The Lyons Bowe staff who I dealt with were always helpful and professional.

Eleanor and Jada have made the process of the sale as stress free as they possibly could (they both deserve a pay rise!!!) it’s been so nice to call up and have someone friendly and helpful to talk to and ease my worries.
