Oct 16,2024I have Used JV16 Power Tools for a couple years and it does a great job fixing errors & deep cleaning my computer. My computer runs smoothly all the time! Their product support is also great! Highly recommend.

May 22,2024I recently contacted Macecraft to register the latest version of JV16 PowerTools. I purchased this software 15+ years ago. I wasn't sure that they'd honor my lifetime registration, and wouldn't have been too upset if they didn't given the length of time and all the updates since I last used their software. However to my surprise, they allowed me to register the software thus gaining full functionality, and also helped me to update my email address! I'm very pleased to again be using this valuable utility on my Lenovo laptop running Windows 10. Cheers!

May 03,2024Their JV16 PowerTool solution is an overall good product for overseeing my Windows 10 PC. In particular, this solution has a tool called “Windows Update Fixer” which really works! I had an issue following a recent Windows update wherein Macrium could not run a full backup. Macrium ultimately asked me to do a “clean” Windows boot which would have required a long and tedious chore. I decided instead to try JV16’s “Update Fix” which resolved my issue with 15 minutes!

Oct 17,2023The best tool I ever used for PC's. I'm using it since many years and never had problems with tweaking and cleaning. The only problem I encountered was with new versions but support team was really fast and cooperative to solve my problem. I have PC's since almost 40 years now and never had a so reliable product to maintain those in perfect shapes.

Oct 10,2023I was getting "RPC Server is too Busy to Complete this Operation Error" out of the blue after recently setting up a new Windows 11 PC. No setup repair, cmd prompt commands, or even driver rollback worked (w/ reboot). Thought I would have to reinstall Windows! Decided to try Windows Update Fixer and after a reboot the problem was gone! I was so happy I bought this immediately in thankfulness. Thank you.

Jul 07,2023Excellent logiciel que j'utilise depuis sa création. Le meilleur logiciel de ce type pour avoir un PC toujours au meilleur de sa forme. Jouni Flemming qui l'a conçu est d'ailleurs le créateur de RegCleaner bien connu. Inutile d'être expert en informatique pour l'utiliser : il suffit de laisser les options "par défaut" et il fera parfaitement son travail.Je suis aujourd'hui avec la version à vie. Et je vous engage à opter pour cette version vraiment très économique. Mais il faut que de nouvelles personnes viennent l'acheter pour que son concepteur puisse continuer à poursuivre son développement et de nouvelles fonctionnalités.

May 04,2023jv16powertools does exactly what it says on the tin!!! In addition, Macecraft are great to deal with. I had a recent situation where I wanted to update the email address associated with my license and couldn't seem to do it from the "My Account" section of the app. I contacted support and received a very quick response. The whole experience was excellent and the issue was resolved quickly. Thanks Stefan :)

It keeps my pc clean of unneeded and unnecessary garbage. I highly recommend it. The response to the few questions I have had over the years have always been quick and helpfull.

Sometimes, they are just greedy and stupid producing false evidence, even if it is easy to verify. In its primary function of cleaning up the registry, software remnants, and making Windows work better I have had absolutely no issues. The hundreds of thousands of registry entries and files JV16 has identified as unnecessary and worthy of deletion have never been in error in my experience. I have nothing but praise for this product. Dec 29,2022Hello, So many times tech support is nothing more than a "black" hole. Help is required, you submit the issue and it falls into the abyss. This is not the case with MaceCraft Software. Their software is solid, stable and their support staff is responsive and knowledgeable. I don't give out A's often but MaceCraft Software deserves it. MaceCraft Software is an excellent choice. Dec 27,2022I have been using Macecraft's jv16 for more years than I can remember -- going back at least to the early days of Windows or perhaps to the the last years of DOS -- when it was, for my purposes, primarily a registry cleaner. It has always been and REMAINS the best remedy I know for the problem-causing excesses of Microsoft and by the debris left by program-installations and updates. It was recommended by an online computer columnist whose name I have long since forgotten and at a time when most other "experts" were INCORRECTLY insisting that registry-cleaners were a waste of time and money! Every upgrade has brought SUBSTANTIAL improvements and has kept pace with changes in Windows. jv16 has always had a clean and accessible interface and performs a multitude of vital functions that "clean" and protect one's computers and data and speed-up almost all operations. The support and help are as good as any in the industry, reminiscent of the legendary support that, many, many years ago, the original WordPerfect (for CPM and then DOS) provided by telephone from Orem, Utah! Just 3 days ago -- and including Christmas-day! -- Stefan Calin was available almost immediately to walk me through changes in the new version -- from the way it worked to the names for the newer categories. To say that I could not be more pleased would be an understatement: I am ALTOGETHER -- and happily -- dependent on jv16.

Dec 02,2022When updating, I did not see that Macecraft had acknowledged my lifetime license, so I contacted them. They responded next day with clear instructions to apply license to my installation. I am very happy with their response, and with the jv16 Power Tools product.

Had a slight problem late on Sunday afternoon, submitted a ticket and within half an hour Stefan responded with solution - on a Sunday! Many of the huge software companies could take lessons from Macecraft on customer service

Stefan was great he sent me instructions on how to get into my account, fill in my ownership of the account: and even changed the email address . I have used the power tools since the day they came out. Their qualities are excellent and I'm glad to have them. I was asked to come and fill out a review. I was not asked to give a good review. Instead I was asked to fill out an honest review. I like that and I am impressed with the customer support as well as the product excellent
