Aug 29,2022I have used their different Programs for years and I also have a number of Lifetime Licenses. I just had a question about my Email Address for my License and Stefan answered me back within a couple of minutes and had everything straightened out for me already. I would highly recommend jv16 PowerTools. The Program and their Support is excellent!!

Aug 22,2022This new version with the system fixer is amazing! Apparently, I was missing a C++ version, and JV16 found that it was missing, and clicking their link took me to the web page where I could download and then install the correct version. I've used and owned their JV16 software for well over 10 years. In the past, they have been the only registry cleaner that I've had success with year after year, and I have tried others to compare and wound up with problems.

Aug 22,2022I can only believe the program does what it says as I can't check. I just lost 10 minutes downloading, installing, subscribing etc. Your website says "Start your 14 day free trial". Email says "To begin download of your 14 day trial, just click the button below." but when I want to use the software it says "If you want to complete this operation, you need to buy a license." I'd happily buy a license after the trial period if you were honest from the beginning.

The product has gone through many iterations since I first purchased a lifetime license, but the support has always been top-notch, and the product keeps getting better

Aug 10,2022I have been using Macecraft Jv16 for over a year now and it is so much better than my previous CCleaners. It is non-invasive and they actually have a Customer Service group that reach out to you if you need help and provide the necessary help and support. I will never use anything else.

Aug 10,2022I have been using JV16 for around 20 years, and RegClean, its predecessor before then. In its primary function of cleaning up the registry, software remnants, and making Windows work better I have had absolutely no issues. The hundreds of thousands of registry entries and files JV16 has identified as unnecessary and worthy of deletion have never been in error in my experience. I have nothing but praise for this product.

I contacted the support team, and they responded in a professional and efficient way, with a solution to solve the problem (in this case, re-install the software). Quick reaction and correct advices were very helpful. I use Jv16 Powertools for more than a decade, and it has always shown to be a very efficient and helpful software. I recommend it to all windows user.

May 27,2022I've been using jv16 PowerTools for years and it has worked flawlessly. I have used other programs that make similar claims but none of them do a deep clean like this one. The User Interface has always made this program easy to use and the recent changes make it even easier because you can see the different types of issues that are available to help you keep your computer running smoothly or to fix it when it starts acting up or slowing down. I have recommended jv16 PowerTools to everyone I know who has been plagued by problems with their PC and they became true believers too. Aside from the quality of the program, the Support provided by Macecraft is truly amazing. I have a Lifetime license and it is the best money I ever spent on a computer program.

May 16,2022I have been using jv16 PowerTools for a couple of years now. I have watched how it continuously grows by adding more tools for us to use. I have been into computers for personal and business uses, seven days a week, for decades. Being an inquisitive type with ADHD, I tend to get into trouble. At least once a week, I use jv16 to make sure all is in order. It is so user friendly, that no one should have a problem using it. Stefan, another reason why I am a fan of Macecraft, is that you are extremely responsive to requests for help, which is comforting to all of us who get the run around by other businesses who do not want you contacting them by making it difficult to get something done. I have NEVER found that to be an issue with Macecraft, as they make you feel that you are one of a family. The tool base keeps growing and is a delight to use. Without a doubt, the money I spent on a lifetime membership was worth it...so inexpensive ! They listen to suggestions from clients for expanding the services offered, and I must say that, in all the decades I have experienced on the internet, Macecraft jc16 Power Tools is worthy of five stars! 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

To keep my computers safe/trouble free, I use a multi teir approach and jv16PowerTools is always the last chance to resolve my issue. Remember to create a registry restore point before using this product (and others) to return your computer to last working status.

I am especially impressed with JV16-Power Tools it does increase the performance of your Windows System by a large margin. I would highly recommend their product to anyone. Dec 21,2021As stated in title, I'm a bit of a sceptic when it comes to "fix all" software. I have worked with computers for 47 years. Not since "Q-DOS" Have I found such an incredible product. 1st a brand-new laptop less than 24 hours old with issues. After jv16, it ran like a new computer should. I have a 2 year old laptop at home that qualified for Windows 11. I tried for over a month to get the download and installation to work properly. After jv16. I woke the next morning to the laptop asking when it could finish the installation. I am a true believer in jv16. And sincerely thank Macecraft Software for this product. I will recommend this to everyone. You will not be sorry for having this utility to use.

I bought a computer program just to clean up my rig and make uninstalling a bit easier, I looked around and asked other professionals in the business and one had an experience with JV16 Powers Tools, a program from Macecraft. I looked them up on the internet and I found them, and I also found they had a fully functional trial, not where some things work but the premium tools are reserved for when you buy it. This was fully functional. That in itself told me they weren't afraid for a knowledgeable enthusiast to try the whole package. I was truly taken back by what I found for an absolutely fairly priced program. The first thing I did was uninstall a few programs as I had just updated to Windows 11 Pro and didn't use them anymore. This program found logs and other data that the actual program's uninstaller left behind. I am one of those untrusting individuals that like to clean my cache and the websites I visited every day. This program was amazingly accurate at deleting all the information that Google like us to leave behind for their sales-directed e-mails. I could most probably go on for another hour at what's in this program but why don't you try it for yourself, the program has a generous free trial. I have been in this business for many years, this JV16 Power Tools is the complete package. You have nothing to lose, you can only gain. Give it a shot, I hope your experience is as good as mine because even if you only use half the tools in the package. Its worth the price. alan1476 Myce.com

Aug 29,2022After a week, Stephan did respond and his instructions fixed my problem immediately! To be fair, I had no problem that required attention for over 2 years, which means the company does have top quality software engineers. I was always happy with the overall product, just not with getting assistance when I needed it, which has now been corrected.
