This was a long process during that time Mr O’Connor was very helpful and supportive throughout. He kept us regularly updated on the claim via telephone, letters and emails. They even released my first letter to respondent without my consent this letter contained personal information and was a clear breach of gdpr rules got a rather measly apology In the end I dismissed them
