Jun 12,2020I've had to give a 1-star rating for Mac Store UK out of frustration rather than because of their service. I found the price points and John's assistance in the buying process absolutely top-notch, completely 5-star service. However, due to a slightly confusing online buying process, believing I was swapping the short keyboard out for an extended one, I accidentally ordered an extra keyboard and mouse. This mistake was picked up and rectified as my order was processed. Which, again, was superb service. The reason I am now providing a 1-star review is that I can't get a revised invoice/receipt that shows the cost of the extra keyboard has been reimbursed. I phoned and emailed repeatedly but to no avail. It's been nearly a month since my purchase and I feel like the only way I can make my frustration felt is via this review. Other than that I highly recommend Mac Store UK for your new mac computer. EDIT: This rating has now changed to 5-star after a superb response to my previous review from the Mac Store UK team. Thank you, and again, I highly recommend Mac Store UK for your Apple products

Jun 06,2020My iMac finally crashed and burned and I didn't have a lot of cash to spare due to lockdown and no work. My last iMac was refurbished from the apple store so I'm confident all will be ok but it's nice to have the 14 day money back guarantee and the 12 month warranty. It's a nice quiet machine ( A rated ) and the only thing I can see wrong with it is a small scratch on the screen which can't be seen when the screen is on. So far so good.

Jun 06,2020Computer came exactly as described and the staff are very helpful. My only disappointment was that I paid a substantial amount for postage for faster delivery and it took them 3 working days to dispatch it. Overall all though, I would definitely use them again.

Didn’t have the colour model I ordered, so they called me and offered the same model in a different colour with an upgraded graphics card. Can’t say fairer than that. Will definitely recommend.

Jun 20,2020I am very pleased with this type of service. You can buy a Mac if your dreams for a little less. Works perfectly it looks brand new in a grade A you get a non perceptible scratches - can’t see them on ! Screen looks brand new. Think if I got it brand new from originally from Apple I would be loosing 300 pounds for sure! In times like this we need to adjust our consumption necessities. It compensates in your pocket guys !
