Jul 16,2020I had a fantastic experience with John at Mac Store UK. After my iMac Pro failed to start one day with no obvious signs, I had to go through many tiresome calls with Apple Support and their approved service agents Stormfront, and all to no avail – in the end it was looking like I would have to wait until Apple stores reopened and make do with that... Not ideal, as this is my main business machine! Upon finding the iMac still under warranty and calling Mac Store to explain the problem, UPS were despatched the same day to collect the iMac Pro. Following transport to London, examination and repair, it was sent back to me the same week – all the while being kept up to speed on what the issue was, and how it was being addressed. Needless to say I was infinitely more impressed with their level of service and response times than Apple, and will be trusting no-one else with future work on this or my other machines.
