Jul 02,2020Some people might think 5 stars a strange score to give when I say the 1st machine supplied had to be replaced. But the ease and speed of the swap is what counts - things do go wrong, and for me I want a supplier who does the right thing in the circumstances. My refurbed machine is like new (as was the first) - a dirty electric plug seems to be the limit of the evidence it's not new - and I loved their upgrade price for 1TB SSD and 64RAM :)
