Jul 10,2020The product was great. Exactly as described. Their customer service team are fast to reply on the live chat and are very helpful. The drawback was that I paid for next day delivery and was made to wait a couple of days. I know it sounds small but it was an extra £13 that I could have saved and when you are stuck with no computer waiting an extra few days really starts to tighten those deadlines

Jul 05,2020MacStore were, quite frankly, Brilliant! My wife and I were looking to change up from an ageing MacPro to a fully loaded 27” i9 iMac. We called and spoke to John, who was very helpful and informative, answering all our questions. We were then happy to go ahead with our order, which arrived in very good time. On receiving our iMac, I had a few questions which led me to the realisation that they had installed an SSD drive, twice the size of that I had ordered! So I was well pleased. They have since been brilliant answering what would be termed as perhaps silly system questions, all answered in the nicest possible way. We cannot fault the team at MacStore! If you are looking to buy a Mac, you need to talk with John and the team, they will look after you, both before and after the sale. You will not regret it!
