Oct 17,2019Laptop was perfect, exactly as described and the quality assessment was spot on. My only complaint is customer service. I contacted the company to customise the delivery order before ordering to include delivery instructions. I was told I could make the changes to my order that I wanted on check out. I couldn’t. When I escalated post order, I got no response. Ultimately I had to waste 1/2 a day to go collect the laptop.

Oct 17,2019I bought a MacBook Pro 2015 on October 2019. The laptop was good but the charger was not Apple as there was written on the website. Thus, I had to call the customer service which has told me "sorry we will send an Apple charger asap". Why didn't Mac store UK tell me that the laptop was furnished with a not original charger?

Oct 15,2019As the title says, I am pleased it was very easy to get going because I had prepared - except for 1 thing!! My only gripe - and it is small and surmountable - related to the start up. I tried to use the bluetooth mouse and keyboard from my old iMac but they wouldn't connect. It would have been helpful if there was a warning indicating that a wired mouse and keyboard would be necessary to have the new computer recognise my existing mouse and keyboard. Luckily my next door neighbour had spares and all was achieved fairly quickly. So.... so far so good

Oct 02,2019I've just had a really positive experience with MacStoreUK. My initial queries regarding spec etc for a MacBook Pro were dealt with swiftly and knowledgeably via their on-line chat facility. As a result and order was placed, and I pretty well immediately received notification that the order was being processed and when I could expect delivery. Unfortunately MacStoreUK experienced some issues with installing the specific operating system I required but they contacted me on the same day as the order was placed and explained this, and gave me the option of having a different operating system installed or a one day delay in delivery (i.e. day after next day). I did not require the laptop urgently so this was no issue. The laptop turned up well packaged via UPS and was in the condition stated. Based on this experience I would have no issues recommending MacStoreUK to anyone and would use them again myself.
