I ordered the iMac from MacStore UK after much research on the internet. The process was very smooth and the staff were very helpful. I received the delivery and the machine would not boot. I could hear the fan overturning with a dead screen. The screen had a lot of finger prints, probably from engineers working on it, and there was a scratch on the rear. I reported the same to MacStore UK and they swiftly arranged for a new machine to be delivered by one of their employees personally to my office the next morning. The employee was very pleasant and helpful and remained in the office until the machine was setup and running. I would use them again and look forward to a long relationship with them. The 4 stars are only because of the state the first machine was in but they acted honourably to resolve the issues. Well done and keep it up guys.

Bought a refurbished 2017 iMac 4K i7. after talking to one of the technicians on the live chat (brilliant service) they also installed 32gb ram upgrade for a fraction of the price that Apple would ever do. The iMac came a couple days later through trackable UPS and was packed really well. My only gripe if there is any, is the mac didn't come with an original mac power cable. Its no biggy but it did throw me a bit. - you should also double check if the iMac comes with a keyboard or mouse, I had to run to the shops to buy a cheap keyboard in order to set up. :P (I probably should have just checked a bit harder) Other than that, the iMac is in beautiful working condition and is blazing fast. The customer service is brilliant and really helpful.

So far so good, I asked a load of questions about the laptop before I bought it and was always met with a quick response. I bought it, it came the next day and was in very good condition, very little wear on the outside almost like new), all working and spec as stated on the website. I had bought a refurb laptop from another company previous to this one, which I'd sent back because it was in poor condition even to what they stated it to be. So I was going into this quite weary and even though it's the older model I think I prefer to it over the newer MacBook pros. (certainly for the cheaper price)
