Generally, the customer service and delivery were excellent. However, I have only given an average rating, as it transpired that the confirmed specification for the refurbished computer was not actually currently available. So, in order to obtain the computer when needed, it was necessary to accept a lower specification.

first the of all the delivery was so bad and slow , and after the Imac arrived i found out that it comes with no mouse or keyboad WICH ITS NOT CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE , im returning the Imac as soon as possible .

Very excellent Seller. the iPhone XR 128GB , black was received in a very short time, in perfect (“like new”) conditions, more then pristine. Just a mention about correctness of this Seller: he recognized a mistake the AD description and promptly refunded me for the misstating accessories. Great service. No issues. I bought a refurb IPad Air. It was mint condition, exactly as described and works perfectly. I did see the same product slightly cheaper on a rival site but their customer reviews on Trustpilot were terrible. But when I checked the Mac Store Uk reviews I was impressed by all the great feedback. I can now add to this great feedback, as I am very happy with my purchase and the great and very speedy service from Mac Store UK. I will definitely use this company again.
