Aug 01,2019FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. We purchased a MacBook Pro and unfortunately, once set up we noticed an issue with the display. We contacted Mac Store and they dealt with the issue fantastically. They arranged collection for the following day, contacted us once received which was Friday and by Monday had made a decision to send us another one. On Wednesday another laptop arrived and it's fantastic. Unfortunately, the model we were originally sent had an intermittent fault which was going to take a while to repair and so they made the decision to replace it. We were even given a slight upgrade as they didn't have the same model in stock. Fab service all round. Would recommend.
