Was a bit apprehensive as i had not heard of the company or used them before but they had what I wanted in stock at a reasonable price. Tried to contact them by phone to ask about the chemicals starter pack I was also going to purchase asking whether that was all we needed and about delivery timescales but no-one answered which was understandable as we were in lockdown. I decided to email and got a response the next day which was fine and answered my queries. I placed my order and everything was delivered within the timescales set out. My family are so pleased with our pool, excellent quality, nothing missing and seamless service. Would totally recommend Madfun to anyone wishing to buy quality goods at competitive prices.
