Jun 26,2020Kept us informed about progress of the order and my grandson aged 4 loves the trampoline as does his dad! The only negative was the delivery tracking didn’t give any idea of time and the product was not delivered until the evening.

Jun 26,2020I was sent a plastic pool cover despite believing I was going to receive an actual pool. Emailed twice and was told not to email again due to amount of emails they were receiving - I phoned and told they would contact warehouse to see what problem was. No advice on returning this item or getting a refund - I feel absolutely conned by this site - stay away!! I’ve now been emailed and told that I never could have phoned mad fun as no one answered any calls since lockdown. Total nonsense and now basically being called a liar when 25 minutes ago I was offered a refund if I changed my review. Seems to be finding excuses and posting emails between myself and them - but they can’t prove I didn’t call. I hadn’t even bothered to call or email or a refund - I just accepted I’d spent £122 on a piece of plastic and would be more cautious next time ordering off the internet It was only until today when I’ve been asked to give a review I have responded and now have seemed to have been drawn into an argument through email with mad fun. They can keep the £122 - I had left this alone and left no feedback until they asked for it. And here it is above - As said before - stay away.

Jun 26,2020I know it is tricky times but no excuse for forgetting to send out part of my order. Had to follow up with emails however these were promptly answered. Website should state lead times as item showed as 'in stock', then only to be told of a two week timescale as coming direct from supplier. That does not mean product is 'in stock'

Jun 26,2020Due to Coronavirus little chance of getting away this year so took the plunge (excuse the pun!) and decided to invest in a swimming pool. Having searched around found Madfun. Good and easy to navigate web site. Ordering easy with updates on order status provided followed by fast and efficient delivery. Great fun now being had by both young and old!

Jun 25,2020Tried to purchase a swimming pool at £1139 and the product was in my basket. Looked around site for other products and as I did they has put the price up to £1299. I am waiting to here their decision but they are obviously profiteering from Covid situation where many products are getting harder to find. Its a shame as I was quite impressed with their range and would have made further purchases.

Jun 24,2020Happy with my product, Steve at madfun went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted after a few issues with Tuffnells the delivery company. Trampoline is great and the safety nets included are fab. Daughter is happy. Also impressed with Steves customer service sending my daughter her fav chocolate bar when the trampoline was late to be delivered (again Tuffnells fault Madfun did all they could to resolve)

Jun 24,2020We have been waiting for almost a month for our pool. Communication with Mad fun is difficult at best as they wont communicate by phone and take days to reply to emails. They are unable to tell us when/if our pool will be delivered. We have paid £750 a month ago. Terrible company, avoid!

Clear communication on stock, fair price, delivery expectation bang on if not early. Well done to these guys, first time since lockdown someone has actually delivered on a promise

Jun 10,2020We wanted to buy a trampoline for our grandchildren which were hard to get during lockdown. Madfun were out of stock of the model we wanted, but advised we could preorder and it would be delivered by a certain date. We did this and in fact the trampoline was delivered earlier than expected. The trampoline is great and our grandchildren are very happy.
