Jun 09,2020Clear and easy website. We ordered based on a forecast date for the item to come into stock, which turned out to be accurate. Quick and efficient delivery. Excellent product. We went for the 12 foot diameter deep steel frame pool and it has been excellent - took about three hours to build (two people) and two days to fill but once that was done we have had great fun with it.

Jun 09,2020We ordered a SALTA on-ground trampoline from Madfun in the middle of the full lock down as the holidays didn't look like they were going to happen. The trampoline was dispatched the next working day and was with us within the week. The product was as advertised and after a week of hard digging (as we couldn't hire a mini digger) the trampoline was ready for use. The kids love it and have been on it every day since.

Pool was not in stock when I ordered it and I was given a predicted delivery date. I was so surprised when it got delivered two weeks earlier than promised; that doesn't happen very often. Couldn't fault the excellent service.

Jun 09,2020The only downside is that the cover provided for the pool is not fit for purpose and has ripped. It is too small and tight for a 14ft pool and we could do with a bigger cover. I have contacted Bestway about this but they have not responded. Disappointing for such a lay out of cash!
