Jun 02,2020Ordered this pool 18ft for our summer holidays and my sons birthday, spent yesterday assembling and filling up. Only to wake up this morning with leaks all underneath. The pool was laid on checked flat surface with a double layer of membrane underneath so there is no way there could be a puncture. We got in and located the central seem was faulty and had a split inside. Luckily the pool is only 1/4 full, as the amount of damage to my garden and home would be catastrophic if it was full to the top and burst. Iām deeply disappointed and upset as is my son! We are now in the process of arranging the water to be drained and dismantled. Very upset with this company and going by the reviews I think trading standards should be made aware that they are taking customers hard earned money and selling faulty products.! Disgusting
