Given the very difficult circumstances around COVID-19 I was sceptical about pre ordering a pool which was out of stock but the day before it’s estimated return to stock I received an update saying it was on the way. Ordered a number of different items and all arrived safely with great communications from the MadFun team to check it had arrived safely. Pool perfect for our needs and easy to construct. I was a little sceptical about them claiming to have the Lay Z Spa Hawaii available for the 22nd April however took a chance and ordered. It arrived at my door on the 21st April which is quite an achievement during this difficult period. The HotTub is spot on. Thankyou MadFun 👍

Apr 22,2020In these really difficult times, this company excelled in customer service. They replied to emails promptly and efficiently, when other companys didnt even bother. We bought a Salta12ft inground trampoline. This is an amazing product and worth every penny. The quality is fantastic. Delivery was extremely quick although the courier split our order, the 2nd item arrived the next day. When i emailed regarding this Madfun looked into and got back to me the same day. I have recommended Madfun to many friends and will be looking to order more garden items to keep the little ones busy and active. Thank you to the team at Madfun, you have made this large purchase a truly positive experience.

Apr 10,2020Bought a pool for £650 10 months ago used it for the grand sum of 3 months last year come to fill it up this year and it’s full of holes, clearly a fault with the pool, contacted customer support and got the cold shoulder completely, no interest at in finding a resolution but more than happy to take the money at the front end when all’s good and peachy for them!!
