A very happy customer
Jun 01,2020Excellent I had been let down by another company a pool for my grandsons birthday they had took my money and then a week later emailed me they couldn’t fulfill my order and would refund my money within 14 days so I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to get him it in time and I couldn’t find one anywhere until I came across Madfun so I was a little worried this might happen again as they had become in short supply. I decided to go onto the web chat with them to as if as the website stated they did have one and explained that I didn’t want to lay out anymore money . The lady I got on the chat was amazing she said she would check with the warehouse to make sure , she then sent me a picture of the stock availability for my item and I agreed to go ahead with the purchase with her reassurance . I then got an email from the company an hour later telling me my item had been dispatched and to my surprise my pool arrived the next day and in time for his birthday a few days later . I would definitely recommend and also use this company again due to there excellent customer service and the despatch time as this was a large item I didn’t expect it to arrive as quick as it did .Thank you

Jun 01,2020This Salta trampoline was so quick and easy to assemble. Really pleased, a bit more expensive than trampolines we've had in the past, but worth the money. Delivery was super quick, I think we received it within 3 days of ordering, and at the peak of the pandemic, so credit to MadFun. At this time there was a huge shortage in trampolines, I think the world and his wife bought a trampoline for lockdown, so we were pleased to find stock here at MadFun. Overall, fantastic shopping experience.

Jun 01,2020I’m updating my previous negative post due to developments. I was contacted by the MD and he resolved my broken salt water pump and ordered a new one direct for Amazon. It’s safely arrived and our pool is now fully functional. Can’t give full stars though due to the bad service beforehand but once the MD stepped it, he resolved the issue quickly and swiftly. Thank you

May 28,2020Great communication and fast delivery! After a few online communications with Steve we ordered an ENORMOUS above ground pool from Madfun which arrived within a few days. It's almost full, and we're absolutely delighted with it, even the adults can get in a few freestyle strokes it's so long! We ordered the 31ft x 16ft, just need the sun to come out now and start warming it through, but if we don't see the sun we have wetsuits at the ready

May 26,2020Awful!! Ordered a swimming pool when the payment was made mad fun website said my bank card had been declined but took the payment 4 times and no emails to confirm order. When contacted they said they haven't received any orders and the pool I ordered is now sold out. So where did my money go? There response was well other people have managed to make purchases.

May 26,2020The whole experience of purchasing the 14ft x 10ft Jumpking Deluxe Rectangular Trampoline from Madfun and the follow-up customer service from the team was just awesome and excellent. The Madfun team continuously updated us on the status of our order and shipping and the installation team were just awesome on the day - they installed the trampoline in quick time and provided me all the instructions I needed. I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of purchasing not just a trampoline, but any other products they offer

May 26,2020!!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I really wish I could give zero stars. I dont even know where to begin. Ordered a pool over 3 weeks ago, and they still cant even tell me where my parcel is (£800 to be precise) I have had to email over 50 times ,and each reply has been lie after lie. Absolutely shocking customer service. I have spent over 6 hours (yes, 6 full hours of my own time) on the phone to their courier and oh my, they are even worse. Lie after lie. Constantly brushed off. Constantly told "we have emailed please be patient". I could honestly go on for hours but I'm so exhausted with this whole experience. I'm a key worker and the added stress of this is unreal. I fully understand there is a pandemic, but that is NO excuse for this absolutely appalling customer service. I have no idea how this business or Tuffnells is still operating. AVOID AVOID AVOID

May 19,2020I am furious. On Thursday I ordered a garden pool (£ 600). On Friday he was picked up by the Tuffnells courier. It has the status "in stock" since Friday. Today is Tuesday, parcel was to arrive the next day. There is no telephone contact with MadFun or Tuffnells. I chose MadFun because it has the fastest delivery. Today my son has a birthday and has no gift. What should I tell a 10 year old boy?

May 14,2020I made my order a few days ago, not expecting fast delivery and accepting the circumstances. I've had no confirmation of when it is coming. Further, I have sent emails and no response, live chat is offline all the time and no one is answering the phone when I call. Concerned since I've just spent over £700. Would be nice to get some feedback or response! >>>Follow up; I received an email from the MD of the business following my post here. Whilst they were still poor in their customer response, he listened to my complaint and compensated me with a free cover, not that I was asking for compensation. Suffice to say, it's an improvement and only fair to update this review. I've also increased the rating
