Jul 24,2019This 18ft pool is the best pool we have bought yet.we usually buy a 12 or 15 ft pool but decided to go bigger and deeper.the kids love it and so do their friends and family.i would totally recommend this pool.delivery was on time and the staff on the phone were efficient and friendly.we have had 15 children in the pool at my daughters and of school pool party.fabulous buy.

The item ordered was a great price and had no problems with setting it up. Getting lots of people asking where we got the pool from as it is fab.

Not only that, the delivery driver from Tufnells rang me in the morning to ask if I would be home to save him a wasted journey which other companies have never done! He took my husband's mobile so he could call him if needed. He gave us an estimated delivery time and was bang on. I would highly recommend this company.

I had an initial query about what I wanted to order (an Intex Ultra XTR pool), which was answered quickly and knowledgeably by Katy. After placing my order it arrived very quickly and is exactly what I wanted. All round a very good experience, and I wouldn't hesitate using Madfun again.

Jul 19,2019I bought an Intex above ground pool through MadFun. I found them to be very professional and prompt with their processing. Their delivery partners were very polite and helpful with such a heavy series of packages delivering to the door. Customer services were excellent and even proactively reached out to me to say I bought 1 bag of sand too much and that I didn't need everything in my order, so refunded the difference while keeping me in contact the whole way. I was so impressed, I went back and purchased more from them soon afterwards. Certainly recommend them for any outdoor play products!
