Easy to set-up and was up and running in no time. Apart from the filling-up, which left overnight and was ready the next morning. Overall very happy with their service.

Pool very hard to erect (contrary to promises) but otherwise as expected except for missing connection pipe. Getting that supplied directly from manufacturers (Bestway) was a nightmare - worst service in memory, though the pipe arrived in the end.

Had one issue and contacted them, spoke with Sy who was fab in responding and sorting issue out , Will definitely be using Madfun again and certainly recommend to friends who have the same swimming pool as us. Relatively easy to set up as a lady by herself, water bill will probably be high but worth it as we have had so much fun in it already. Big enough for 3 lilo’s + with plenty of space around. Will need to be maintained but takes seconds. Delivery very prompt. Don’t hesitate, your kids will love it!
