May 02,2019After much research online of various manufacturers bought 14 x10 JumpKing 'deluxe' (£799) for our 12yr old twin boys as was prepared to pay more (£155) for the improved bounce from the bed this company offer with their Jumpking version & 8" springs; also liked the black frame over the grey and it includes winter cover. Phone staff very helpful/honest.Speedy delivery. Erected it single handed took 6-7 hrs-yes instructions could be clearer but its easy to work out-just needed garden chairs to support frame when slotting the main 4 parts together-would have been easier with another pair of hands I guess. The slowest part is last part weaving the string through the bottom of net&bed-I probably pulled it too tight from outset so once nearly finished there wasn't enough slack in the net to close the rectangle - just had to unweave/slacken it slightly. Had it 2 wks now & whole family love it. Friends report it bounces higher than theirs so worth the extra cost. As we have big garden with hindsight could have gone for the larger 17x12 as adults need that extra length once you start linking front flips etc but overall very pleased with product -its a great workout for everyone & i thought I was a fit 52 yr old male! Boys spending less time on the electronic devices so thats great too. If they use it for 3-4yrs then its £800 well spent to keep them active and outdoors. They threw in the shoe bag for free which was a nice touch which helped make my mind up. Having no brackets made assembly easy and v.sturdy!

Apr 30,2019Great customer service and quick delivery. The playhouse was missing some hinges and there were some quite rough parts of the wood which we had to sand down to avoid children hurting themselves. Otherwise really impressed with the quality of the playhouse we purchased!

Apr 13,2019The trampoline in terms of bounce and quality for my daughter who is now doing trampoline competitions is great. Like another reviewer, the instructions for the jumpking rectangular trampoline were appalling. We got it built in the end fine, but instructions did not tally with the acutual trampoline, parts were inaccurate and putting up the net was super fiddly. Also one supporting leg bar was dented so that it was not round and would not fit into the other bar. My husband managed to fix it because we did not want to wait to get replacement, but for the cost we should not be receiving faulty goods. One of the boxes on delivery was also very battered, torn and open but luckily contained the pads so no further damage.

Feb 19,2019The pool table is great!! It was a bit tricky to get up to our 14th floor flat, the drivers handed the package over in the basement car park.. It suffered a few dents, but luckily not in the playing field.
