The item arrived a few days earlier than expected. It is a basic Chlorine and Ph water tester with no frills. But is adequate for the job

Assembly instructions are confusing, colour coding the pieces to join would make the assembly easier in my opinion. The black powder coated look is an improvement on the old one, looks great and my son Teddy loves it.

Great product at a great price. Paid for Saturday delivery, and this was SO disappointing! The driver rocked up just before 5, did not say one word to us. Dumped the boxes outside our front door and left! We were opening the back gate to take them through to the garden, and he was gone! Could not believe the lack of service 👎🏼

The goods arrived very promptly and were correct. Thank you Madfun! Jumpking have changed the surround and it does not look as high quality as the original but it seems to do the job admirably and the other trimmings are possibly unncessary. The old net had a contained top part for the hoop and put concern is now that the joints will rust - only time will tell. It would have been nice if Jumpking has passed on the savings they must have made in fabrication to the customer. This is not Madfun’s fault and they were excellent.

Great customer service and fantastic product the kids are on this all the time!! I was persuaded by my friend to pay for the assembly service, I would normally tackle this type of thing quite happily, but I am so pleased I did opt for the service - Dave was amazing, really meticulous in putting it together and such a nice chap! Highly recommend

Nothing wrong with Madfun, they just need to change their delivery company, it was supposed to be next day, which I waited in for all next day, as it was a Friday delivery they didn’t bother which meant I had to wait until Monday! When they delivered it the guy who turned up was really unhelpful and quite rude, felt like telling him to put it back on his lorry and refuse the delivery. I will check who they use for delivery before ordering again. The lady who dealt with me on the phone at Madfun was great, shame they have to use a delivery company that has a Knobhead working for it, as it leaves a lasting impression!
