Aug 14,2022The experience I had with this company were terrible. I ordered a trampoline off the website that brags about next day delivery, 2 weeks later on a third of it had arrived. Customer service didn't ring me back when they said they would and no reduction in the price to compensate so I cancelled the order. The cancellation process and getting my money back was the only thing that went well. Be very cautious buying from Madfun as they failed miserably in my experience.

Pool arrived on time and in perfect condition, we were so pleased we bought an upgraded filter from them, also at a great price!

Jul 13,2022A jump Pro trampoline was a gift from my parents to my boys. It is 2 years old, twice the pole connector has rusted and snapped. Customer service replaced the first set of brackets after about 4 months, 2 poles broke away leaving the poles dangling in the netting. The same thing happened again about 6 months ago and when my mum called she was told it only had a year's warranty, tough. This is a poor quality budget brand from a company with the same standards. I don't recommend the brand or the company, go argos! Edit I wish I could add photos to this review. Madfun, your reply is just lip service to make you look good here. You have already said you won't help. The Junk-Pro trampoline lived up to its name.
