Feb 03,2022Honestly I’m so thankful for going with Mcan health as I was scared going alone and doing my rhinoplasty surgery alone. But the nurse did her best job to support me and ensure I was okay and was welcomed and felt comfortable. My surgery went well and I’m happy with my results. Even at the hospital I was looked after well and felt comfortable. Everything was perfect, the hospital, the hotel, the driver and the service. Was so thankful and would recommend anyone to go for Mcan health.

Siempre muy amables .desde la persona con la que contacte,la persona que me acompañó en el hospital,cirujano,enfermeras ,conductores,etc. Todos súper atentos.sin lugar a duda los recomiendo y los recomendaré.

Jan 31,2022Had a great experience with MCAN. Went to turkey to have a rhinoplasty. From my initial conversation with MCAN, they gave me a lot of information and were also very helpful when I had to reschedule due to covid. The nurses were incredibly helpful during my stay and made me comfortable including my stay at the hospital as well as their daily visits. They were also quick to answer any questions and concerns I had. The surgeon was skilled as well and told me the changes he would make and what would best suit my face. I was worried at first when my cast came off since it was really swollen but the surgeon reassured me of how it would heal and I love how it is starting to look as it heals.

Jan 28,2022Volveré Viaje sola sin saber inglés y mucho menos turco !!! Desde el primer día me sentí segura y acompañada. La recogida en el aeropuerto, los traslados al hospital, las visitas de la súper enfermera , la atención del doctor....un 10 . Después de 2 semanas y ya estando en casa se han seguido preocupando por mí, asesorando y resolviendo dudas .

Jan 28,2022I have recently come back from Mcan health turkey where I had my second hair transplant of 3000 grafts. I had my first transplant in January 2020 which consisted of 4000 grafts I had discussed coming back for a second transplant but pandemic prevented me from travelling. The results from my first transplant were outstanding and I’m expecting the same from this too. From the first contact to landing in Istanbul the service is second to none Mcan treat you like family the price quoted is the price you pay the clinic is very clean and professional. Anyone thinking about a transplant this is the clinic to go to.

Everyone was very kind, and attentive, we stayed in a hotel of our own choosing yet The nurse visited me everyday . My biggest concern was I was doing this out of my country, but my nurse Checks up on me even after we came back to our home town so that’s a really great service mcan is providing .

The surgeon was friendly and put me at ease. The hospital staff were excellent and my care was very good. I am recovering well and have already recommended to others.

Jan 25,2022Ich bin so glücklich MCAN gewählt zu haben. Ich hatte letztes Jahr meine erste total misslungene Nasenop die ich in der Schweiz gemacht habe. Ich war mit dem Ergebnis sehr unzufrieden und habe mich deshalb dazu entschlossen meine Nase zum zweiten Mal operieren zu lassen. Ich habe sehr lange gesucht und habe dann im Internet von MCAN gelesen und habe mich dann entschlossen nach Istanbul zu fliegen. Ich bin froh diese Entscheidung getroffen zu haben, denn das Ganze MCAN Team ist einfach super. Sie kümmern sich wirklich um alles. Ich bin euch wirklich sehr dankbar! Endlich bin ich mit meiner neuen Nase zufrieden!! Ein Riesen Dankeschön an die Fahrer, Krankenschwester,Social media Specialist und an den Dr. Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung die ich nie vergessen werde ❤️ DANKE

I made a really bad choice in a hospital in 2020 in istanbul.... which left me with that i thought was un repairable scars and disformaties to my body!!! After doing intense research i decided to go back to istanbul but to go with the company mcam , And WOW im so so happy i did !!!! They was very professional from the start to the finish!!! , picking me up from airport , taking me to the hotel, then meeting the translator and all the nurses at the hospital i just couldn't fault any of it !!! I must admit i wasn't sure about the 2 night in hospital stay then back to the hotel but don't let that put you off !! If you are not ready to leave hospital they don't kick you out!!! You can leave when you feel free and ready , the hotel is minutes away from the hospital and there are lots of nurses on stand by all who are absolutely amazing and can't do enough for you!! There is no language barrier as the translator probably spoke better english than me ( 🤣🤣🤣 ) and is avaliable 24 hours aday bless her they all work so hard!! The surgeon had to work miracles after the last company made such a mess but 1000% did it !!! The hotel isn't 5 star infact when we turned up i actually thought omg !! But how wrong was i!! The staff and the management was amazing and also catered for my every need!! Nothing was too much trouble!! I would definatley recommend going a few days before going in hospital as the location is right in the main high street, it was an experience i will never forget and was made to feel like family by them all!!! Thankyou so much i would highly recommend mcam and they also have your health in there best interest!!!! they will not just say you can fly to get rid of you after they have had your money !! The genuinely do care about you and your health!! I forgot to mention the hotel rooms was spotlessly clean and you have a fridge , tea ,coffee making facilities in the room aswell as a 40 inch smart tv so down load some films as you have free wifi aswell,

Jan 24,2022Surgery went very well, Dr Polat did wonders and i highly recommend him, very friendly calm and collected. I'm in the healing process. Bad points was the treatment, nurse who was taking care of me after discharging me, her services was unsatisfactory, you send a message and she will respond after 2 to 3 hrs. Don't go alone, be with someone I was on my own and after 3 procedures it was really tough. Going back home after my procedure the driver dropped me far away from the airport and couldn't help me to check in saying the police are going to charge him, when he was picking me up he waited for me inside the airport, dropping off was a different story and after 3 procedures It was a huge slap in my face especially as I had to take my luggage without any help. Overall service for the procedures was amazing but the aftercare leaves a lot to be desired.

Desde que llegué a Turquia, el equipo de Mcan estuvo atento a mis necesidades, ayudándome y asesorándome en todas mis dudas, mi consulta con el cirujano, clara y profesional, el hospital perfecto, una mención especial a las enfermeras del hospital que eran "madres", me cuidaron increíblemente los dos días de mi ingreso, atención al paciente también de diez, otra mención especial a las nurses que te visitan en el hotel, también a mi disposición y ayudándome mas de lo que correspondería. Hablan ingles pero dispones de personas que hablan en Español por si las necesitaras. En general muy profesional, serio y humano todo el servicio desde que llegas hasta que te vas.

Jan 18,2022I have made my Tummy tuck operation via that clinicat the last 29th of December. The Dr Polat was honesty he told me about the surgery risk ,as I was smoking I appreciate it and I feeling more confident whit him. The staff was amazing. Nurses came every day to see me and report straight away any problem to the doctor, and always read to attend any time that I needed. The drivers came on the time to pickup me from hospital and drop back to hotel always that I was needed it. I'm very happy whit my experience in that clinic it was a very good choose that I have done. I am currently feeling very well and I recommend Mcan Health and Dr Polat because I'm very happy whit my results.

Feb 04,2022I had my tummy tuck and rhynoplasty done 6 weeks ago. The doctor was absolutely amazing 🤩, the best doctor in the world. From the start until the end everything was perfect. I’m really happy with my results. The patient experience specialist was amazing too (she is a really nice person) I will definitely go back again for surgery!!!
